Rachel has been a specialist dementia nurse for over 25 years and is currently the Consultant Admiral Nurse for Lewy body dementia, working with The Lewy Body Society and Dementia UK.
Along with her colleagues, Rachel works every day to support and empower people living with dementia and their families. She's helping us to raise awareness of Lewy body dementia among other professionals to ensure people living with LBD get the support they need.
