@@Praisethesunson hmmmm I'd say red meat ,eggs ,raw cheese and milk ,washing it with cold water , moisturizing. Yeah lifting is good for overall health but nutrition is more CRITICAL..
I became a runner a couple years ago, but just started lifting regularly as part of my training this year. I'm always by myself at the gym, and trying to be a fast/efficient as I can with weights, but am super jealous of folks having lift sessions with friends! This looks like so much fun!
Yooo this was such a good collab she has good vibes, in some ways this felt like a podcast but it was also great for my ADHD because this would probably how i'd operate in a gym too lol
This was fun to watch! I used to go to the gym for two months straight; 3-4 times a week. Now, I workout at home, or go walking. It all depends on how I feel and my availability🤷🏾♂️💯 Edited: I appreciated the discussions outside of the gym👏🏾!
Why are gyms always so stinky? They don't really stink like how stinky workout people stink, they stink like a hospital meets a tire retreadeding facility. I was going to a gym for a while to use the stair master but I just couldn't do the stinky, I had to find some stairs around town.
A mixture of the smell of things like the workout equipment (especially the kind that has moving metal against metal), the floor padding, and stale sweat (sweat that has dried and is ancient isn't the same smell wise as people who have just worked out).
lovely idea actually, get that fresh air and vitamin d too:) as for the stinkyness, a lot of gyms can have mold in their ac systems or somewhere else maybe? personally, my gym has mold everywhere and has not changed once ever since the ussr so i think the mold and general aged material aroma really do the heavy lifting there
@@kleo3091 pretty distinct if you ask me. Pretty destinky. I like workin out at home because I can start up a batch of some homeade pizza dough and let it proof in the oven so when I workout it smells like donuts.
I really enjoyed this video and the vulnerability mixed with the fun. Really, I enjoyed all of it. Hope you keep enjoying the gym and overcome! (Until failure lol)
Noah is looking great. I feel like the transformation has been so fast. Meanwhile im working out consistently for almost 2 years and feel like i look the same 🫠
I only do cardio because I know it's the exercise I need to look the way I like but I also used to be a heavy lifter before I transitioned so I don't really love big muscles on me anyway I'm getting kinda thin tho so maybe I'll start doing squats or smth idkkkk either way don't be afraid to try something you Want to try just don't be dumb or over lift and you'll be fine.
Maybe I'm missing something. I am an older millennial, but it breaks my heart. I never in 1 million years would've thought Noah would be one of those people that record at the gym. My brain is broken. My mind is melting.
I miss my gym partner, we used to meet up halfway at the gym between our houses but once a gym opened up close to me, i went to that one by myself. I should hit him up.
This video made it feel like you were the kid in class who would always get the people around you in trouble by distracting them so much lmao. Also you definitely shouldn't jerk your head around so much, I actually pulled something in my neck doing that recently while working out and it did not feel good
@@pale_oblivion9496 Are you seriously walking around with no respirator on in an ongoing pandemic, with a disabling virus that is still killing people?
