Perfect timing for this video. I was gifted a Clivia with 7 offshoots and wondering what would be the best way to split and/or repot. Thank you for your concise advice.
I just got a new clivia, it's my very first one. Even though I grow a very large variety of houseplants, I like to learn about the specific needs of each and every one. This video was a GREAT help to me, and I thank you so much for taking the time to do this. I liked it so much i just subscribed, and I look forward to watching more! :)
I live in so ca, zone 10 and have lived with clivia outdoors for 30 years. Ive never purchased a new orange one because I separated the pups for many years. I did break down and buy a sick looking yellow flowered clivia about 7 years ago, nursed it back to health and it now gives me beautiful yellow blooms once per year.
Hi Susan. Currently I use normal well composted and well draining potting soil. Thats it The results seem the same as clivia mixes or other medium mixes to me Clivia Regards 👨🌾
