oh yes as a child I loved Jesus and got born again, but nothing more was offered me, I would go up to the altar and get saved over and over because I wanted more, then at age 40 finally I met spirit filled christians, and got the baptism of HS and oh what a difference it made in my life.
I believed most of my life as a child, but when I was about 19 I received the baptism of the Holy Spirit and it was still the most incredible experience I have ever had in my life to date, and I am 56.
Thank You 🙏🏻 Andrew. I was speaking to another Christian about speaking in tongues and brought up Mark 16:15-18 “ These are the signs of those who Believe…. And they vehemently said “ NO! I don’t speak in tongues” Mind you, they claim to be a Christian and have lied to me a few times.
I also had no idea about the baptism of the Holy Spirit and I was born again at age 9. I'm now 58 and Ive only had the baptism for last 2 years. I feel cheated that the baptism wasn't taught/explained at my new birth. It would have made a big difference to my life. The baptism has definitely given me dunamis. Everyone should be born again and immediately receive baptism. You cannot effectively be a Christian without it.

@@AndrewWommackMin can you help me with Hebrews 6:4-6 please? I feel like haven't experienced Holy Spirit like I did when I was first saved and up until I fell back into sin. I had also lost so much faith in healing and miracles. For almost 10 years now, I have re-committed my heart and life to Christ. At first it was difficult but thanks to your channel and others like Pastor Prince, it's like I have the head knowledge but not heart knowledge. I've even seen Todd White multiple times (life-changing!!)! I have sought speaking in tongues, asked for prayers, to be prayed over, prayer ministry, all of it....I will open my mouth but shouldn't I know that I'm really doing it? Or not and it's Holy Spirit? Is it possible to have grieved Holy Spirit so much that I can't be renewed to repentance like Hebrews 6:4 to 6 says? I experienced God supernaturally and miraculously after my initial conversion but I never spoke in tongues. Which is weird to me now because the service I was saved during was more of a prayer meeting where the Pastor just keep telling everyone to "worship in the Spirit". Even though I was raised Catholic, being in a church full of people loudly praying in tongues, was not strange to me. I cried the entire service and ran to the altar for salvation, hallelujah!! Ya would think one of those people would have helped me! 🤭😂🤣

I think the disciples couldn't recieve the Holy Spirit because Jesus said If He doesn't leave, the Holy Spirit will not come. Holy Spirit is Christ in spirit form.
Good morning brother. I really enjoy your teaching. I agree with so much of this message. I just have questions about why you believe being filled with the Holy Spirit happens separately from being born again. Jesus said, “you must be born again.” In that same passage, Jesus explained to Nicodemus that to be born again, one must be born of water and of the Spirit. Although I grew up attending church my whole life, and was a believer to the extent that I knew, I was unable to be a new creature until after I received the gift of the Holy Spirit. That was a major component of my born again experience, repentance and baptism were the other two pieces. It mirrors what happened on the day of Pentecost in Acts 2, and what happened with the house of Cornelius in Acts 10, and again in Acts 19 at Ephesus. I am an admirer of your work, so I am not trying to be contentious. I just want to know your thoughts on this. Thank you. Your brother in Christ, JB
He’s talking about when you get the baptism of the Holy Spirit is when you receive power. The same power that resurrected Christ from the dead is inside of you. is different than being born again. Being born again is salvation thru Christ which is what most Christians churches believe only not the power and authority
I believe too, that being born again is after believing and confessing to be baptized in water (that is to die with Christ , God cuts off my old sinful Adam, called the old, nature, that being buried and when I come out of the water, I do my first breath as a new born child of God.) Under water you cannot breathe. That's the best matter to experience death. Added to that the water represents the fruit water in the mother's womb to represemt a birthing experience. The old Nature cut off and flowing into the deep ocean as Mica 7:19 says) That was my born again experience by water. Then being born again by the Holy Spirit. The baptism of the Holy Spirit with HIS power and gift is definitely THE promised gift of the bible promised by the law and the prophets. And it is given to Jesus (Psalm 68:19 ) when he walked under human beings FOR us (Ephesians 4, verses 7 - 8). And Romans 10:6 - 13 says ...shall be saved, not "is" saved. It's just the starting point. But there are exceptions from rules like "last-minute-salvations" or lack of water to dive under water. But nevertheless I believe that by baptism under water God connects us with the cross because only HE can do this independant from time. He connects us through time 2000 years back in time. So we are baptised into the death and resurrection of Christ by baptism in water. And the baptism of the Holy Spirit whoch Jesus gave us is indeed the Spirit of Christ. There us no other Spirit of Christ that He gave us. And I cannot really see that this came in every case automatically by believing Jesus. perhaps sometimes the Spirit came just after believing like in Cornelius' case. But after that he was baptized in water added to it. In the case of Philippus having preached in Samaria, where they all were baptized in water, but then 2 apostles from Jerusalem took this long dangerous journey to baptise them in the Holy Spirit. I can only see in the New Testament one case leaving without being baptized in the Holy Spirit . Thats the man the only man that Philippus baptized and after baptising Philippus would be raptured to Asdod by the Holy Spirit. This man perhaps would receive the Holy Spirit later. So, I don't know it exactly, but I know even the great difference between after being baptized as an adult by diving under water and before, being baptized in a Lutherian Church (Germany) as a Baby with some drops of water on the head
Jesus said to Nikodemus that he must be born again by water and Spirit. So what should be the water and what should be the Spirit in only believing in Jesus and confessing Him? Water is water. And Spirit is Spirit. Even sometimes the bible took Spirit as synonyme for water. But why should Jesus took both words. So there must be at least in this case a difference between the two. So when the Holy Spirit came automatically, then why should he send apostles to baptiise with the Holy Spirit? And not falling on every believer at the same time and later? But on the other side, Jesus said that who do not have the Spirit of Christ is not HIS. it's not really that clear in the bible i would like to see.
I believe that according to Luke 24:47 that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in his name, and that Peter did just that on the Day of Pentecost when he said, “Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call.” (Acts 2:38-38). I believe this is the new birth…water baptism and Spirit baptism. “Born of water and of the Spirit” (John 3:5) “Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again.” (John 3:7). I believe this is when someone is born again. Romans 10:9 says “..shall be saved.” Not “is saved.” Additionally, Jesus said in Mrk 16:16, “He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.” I believe that is baptized in water and Spirit. He also said in Mat 10:22b,…”but he that endureth to the end shall be saved.” We need that power Jesus was talking about in Acts 1:8 to endure to the end. We all NEED to be filled with the Holy Ghost just like they were in Acts 2:4.

I have been achristian for about five years without power over sin in my life as achristian. I could only get into my bed room wait upon the Lord in stillness as I play a heavenely worship then literally I start sensing the presence of the holy spirit and in that moment, Jesus becomes so real than my own skin but still no power to live ahealthy christian life as we see the apostle with power. I have been experiencing the anointing coming upon me but not living with in me.Lord activate me with your holy fire that I may live achristian life with power in Jesus mighty name. How I need the holy ghost in my life!!😭😭

I love listening to Andrew. But he’s always coming across as he’s yelling at me. And then he pushes it for a while, doesn’t give people credit almost to the point where you’re learning, but you don’t want to listen to him anymore not from what he says the way he says it I don’t know. Maybe it’s just me.
