the importance of traveling alone 

I last travelled alone to Manhattan and I loved it! I could do whatever I wanted and I could walk and walk and walk and not get delayed and I agree it's healthy! Hey what a terrific cooking hack with the frozen shrimp and adding it to packaged ramen. I have food allergies but I can find things! I love the book you took along! Fabulous! A must read for people. Great video! You do awesome insightful work. You let yourself be vulnerable. That takes courage. Yes! We can definitely be comfortable with our own presence. It just gets rough when we are always alone - that's unhealthy. I am working on it. Cheers!
