Andy you got to slow down with your picks. There was a number of guys that could totally help for chem, and u just sped right through. For example: 7:18 you need a BBVA RB and you could have gone with Gaspar, and who know what rating he would have boosted it up to. Just some advice.

If you organize the bench and the reserves from best to worst rating, that can help! MattHD got 190 from switching guys in the reserves!

suggestion for next time: swap all the players on your bench (including the reserves) and rank them after rating, sometimes fifa gives you an extra rating point :)

I think the key is to not take a player if if it's not their highest rated card, especially with someone like Neymar. If you take his 91 that's 6 points down the drain potentially.

The highest I got was yesterday when I managed to only just get 189 because I made a stupid decision and chose a lower rated player for chemistry but then I realized i had 100 chemistry
