If I were a dev, I'd put an item that looks like a single coin, but it completely fills your wallet. "Aw yeah, I finally made it up here! Now what's the reward? "What? A single coin?!? That's dumb. Might as well snag it anyway. "Wait, why is the counter still increasing? Is this a glitch? "Oh, clever Nintendo with the double fake-out."

I find it strange that not even one section is wall jumpable. Still, you were so close that I find it likely that someone will eventually get up. Edit: Yeah, someone did.
No we don't have to build a wall. We need to use hyper-speed on a shell to spindrift off the next highest point to launch there, then we shall use the hyper-speed we got to wall jump all the way up the rest of the way
Guys, even if we can't hack the switch, hackers already know how to crack the game and if we just extract the map from it we can probably see what's up there with a 3D model editor. I know we'd have to convert the map first but that's probably not that hard for hackers.
I’ve seen somebody get up that mountain, there’s nothing up there sadly. It would be nice to put something awesome up there, for the few that can reach it. Like... playable Luigi?
Cdudeiscool - Weird Stuff Happens. Costumes do not affect Mario AT ALL. They only change the look and what place you can enter. They do not change his weight, speed etc.
As in every other 3d game with a playable yoshi, there's probablyban infinite flutter glitch, we could start finding one to set a plan to get yoshi across the gap.
Someone hack the game and make a Moonjump cheat. Not a super or mega jump. Not a moon gravity(even though that sounds like it would be enough) the real good old SM64 Moonjump.
Like a homing wall jump. (Wall jump, throw cappy at the wall right next to you so you can reclaim cappy with a spin, then throw cappy at the wall your about to jump on to get on more spin.
there's a waluigi door at the top and Luigi will be playable by collecting all moons, coins, costumes, and the game must be 100% complete for waluigi and Luigi to be playable.
If there is collision up there, someone's gonna make it there eventually. The developers might not have thought about the possibility, but if they have, there's probably a stack of coins and possibly some sort of secret message up there in the shape of a sign, or something like that.
well unused doesn't always mean something that isn't there it means something that was not used in game but got stayed a leftover in game or in the files

After testing it seems there are only 2 ways of doing this: Get yoshi to the beginning Get glydon to the THANK YOU area. Glydon is known for having odd collision. Maybe we can use that!
idk if that could be possible. im not that much of a glitch discoverer but glydon is known for clipping oob...not gaining insane heights of course i could be wrong.

You may just fall through as the programmers for odyssey may not even think of you going up there, so they probably didn't put collision detection there.. But then again its Nintendo where talking about, so there may be secrets up there for no entire reason..
I think the top of that mountain is where Luigi has been stranded since he couldn't make his appearance in Super Mario 64. It just took 20 years to find that out.
Before you jumped off with Yoshi, you could have used his tounge on the ground to gain more momentum and give yourself a longer jump. You might have made it.

Is it possible to flutter infinitely with Yoshi by capturing it, flutter jumping, de-capturing, capturing Yoshi again by throwing your cap down onto it, and repeating the process? I don't think you'd be able to gain any height, but you might just barely make it to the wall.
I've seen a speed runner throw cappy to the exact edge of a wall and then jump to him, bouncing off, then sliding on the wall. With that kind of precision this should be possible.
*VIDEO IDEA FOR YOU* Hey man love your stuff, when I was playing through the Sand Kingdom, I was really dumb and was trying to get into the Jaxi Ruins (where he runs on the poison) for about an hour before I even knew what Jaxi was. I kept getting real close, wall jumping, flying directly in with glydon, and I can't help but wonder if it is impossible to enter without using Jaxi. It is possible to get up the stone tower. The platform is hidden. At the top, there is a secret that good I can’t mention it. I am actually not allowed to. But if your that desperate, there is a clue in the Wood/flower kingdom
Actually, it might be possible doing the glidon glitch, basically you stand on the slope with glidon, then you start gliding and shake the controller and turn a little bit to the right each time. This will make you get infinite height
If there is anything up there, it has to be a huge ton of coins. Cool, but unnecessary, since only a ridiculously small amount of people would be able to get it.
