I could honestly see this path being decent for a new player playing with a more experienced soviet player. You gain quite a bit of new land and they can send equipment and expeditionaries.
Having played this path a few times, you don’t actually need to take that focus for the Soviets to give you the other two Baltic countries, they’ll give it to you either way

the Belarus path is fun, its cool that they actually added stuff to do as a puppet. the worst path would clearly be influencing the other Baltics into becoming communist with you instead of annexing them.
I actually love this path, it's great fun, you get a ton of free cores and when the Nazis do come it's super easy to win with a bit of planning. Also you don't need to wait for the cores on the other baltic nations, just let the soviets take it and then there an event where they give you then land

if you want an easier challenge you can play germany's least played focus path is instead of annexing all of your neighbors, you can do all the befirend focuses to flip them fascist and get them in your faction, giving you the czechs, polish, dutch, danish, swedes, and norwegians in your faction in addition to the usual countries
Next time I want you to flip ideologies more than once to further reflect the faction you're going to troll, because obviously we are on our own side. It would be fun to take a worst path to best; you could easily overcome the challenge of making the worst path-worst nation eclipse the highest majors.
It's fine to quickly end the war with Latvia and Lithuania , without waiting 70 days to do the get cores focus. Soviet will get an event to give land to you. So it doesn't matter if soviet takes all the lands in peace conference.
this is honestly a fun co-op game with 1 player as the soviets and 1 as a baltic state..... pro tip this crap is only good if you do the soviet puppet. the other path is much worse and broken.
