Viva Algeria. 😍😍 I’m Thai but I live in San Francisco, California. My husband is Algerian. Algerian people are very kind. Love Algeria from California, USA. 🇩🇿🇺🇸🇹🇭 🙏♥️💕
@@raf8540 Yes he did. In his series of videos about Algeria on the RTBF. Belgian Tv. And it's true. We don't have tourism, so we don't act with travellers as if they were tourists, but as guest. We are happy to see non Algerians come and visit our country. it's rare. Simple as that.
Come my friend and get away from Billy the one who comes knocking in your door every month, you know Mr Bill ! Trust me I've done it and I'm so relaxed. Stress free baby..😂
I agree, Alger looks 100x better than Paris... I'm french and impressed by the city and by the hospitality of people living there ! Bravo à vous les algérois! Can't wait to see you in Constantine !
What makes me proud to be Algerian is my great grandfather who was a martyr he suffered torture in prison and he contributed in myself being a free human being today 😊 and a happy pharmacologist ❤
I need to say something You may be wondering why there are some black children begging on the streets of Algeria Let me explain: It is very difficult to find Algerians begging. Even the poor have self-esteem. The children you see in the streets are refugees from Mali and other African countries. Most of them take begging as their profession, exploiting the kindness of the Algerian people, and their families refuse to work or get involved in society. They prefer to send their children to beg because begging provides a greater and easier return... and also due to the lack of job opportunities, as they do not speak the local language, but most of them speak French... Unfortunately, the Algerian state has not yet found a solution for them on how to integrate them into society... We hope May God ease their affairs and the situation of their countries.
the government took them to the help center in order to protect them and provide a good healthy life, but every time they escaped and went to the street to beg for money, they only want to make an easy earning to travel to europe.
Actually here in my city they do work (I mean for guys above 20 or something not children) most of them work at construction places and agriculture ), tho I'm not sure where they're exactly from.
Hey Chris you’ve asked what’s so special about being Algerian, first off Algeria lost nearly 10 million people during the French colonization , then 1.5 million people during the war that lasted 7 years that resulted the defeat of the French. Also did I mention that no Algerian would ask you for money to help you, unlike other countries as you have experienced yourselves. We are proud of the fact that every family in Algeria has someone who fought in the war one way or another. This is just to name few. Welcome to Algeria and hopefully I’ll see you in Palm Springs if you come to Coachella next year.
@@tewfikmeslem7719 Yeah, I'll look into that but I doubt your figures. If you add infant mortality and tropical disease maybe... If you have sources that confirm that number please share.
@@marcoprolo7318 yes that's including all what you mentioned caused by the colonisation, in only 1 day in 8th of may 1945 they directly killed more than 45000 people all ages men and women they were protesting for independence after 2 WW finished .
I studied much about the region and have been over there … Algeria has a long a rich history, its architectural style that’s zirid style you can see it some governmental and patrimonial buildings and areas like the Casbah is amazing … Algiers is amazing city with a unique vibe and incredible street food 😍 kisses to those nice and welcoming algerian people ❤️
Welcome to Algeria Algeria is not artificial like other countries that were built specifically for tourists. Algeria is natural with its people, natural landscapes, and its treatment of foreigners. Its people are generous, respectful, and very educated, and they love their country very much. I hope you enjoy your visit and offer a positive outlook on what you . Thank you. 1 2 3 Vive l'Algérie 🇩🇿

My friend, the Algerian people are not like other peoples in the region. Algeria is a rich country in the region, its people are intellectually rich, they are respectable people, and they are the most civilized.
Algeria wasnt on my radar at all, didnt even think of Africa actually, but i think this charming place with its charming people will be one I'll for sure add, maybe before considering Paris. Thx for showing this place Chris! Also, those are some sleek shades, adding that to my list too lol
Thank you all so much for the support! June 3rd I will be in NYC and I'm looking for a subscriber to take with me on an unforgettable evening in Manhattan! If you live in NYC and are interested. Tag me on an Instagram story and tell me something cool about yourself! ❤️🙏🏻
Algerians we love America (The country) but we don’t agree by the american politic. Especially in relation to gaza. We believe that the American government should support the Palestinians much more and stop the genocide 😢
A major difference between Algeria and other North African countries is the standard of living which is higher in Algeria. That's why Algerians are not obsessed with tourists' money.
The beautiful thing about Algeria is that everything is natural, even the people are normal and kind. It is a very large and diverse country, and the prices there are also cheap. I love the desert. It is very beautiful and something fantastic. I advise you to visit it. Thank you for participating.
Why do Americans think that all north Africans are black? I have visited America before, and when I tell people that I am from Africa, they say to me, “Why are you white?”
You saying "Americans" is exactly like them saying all "North Africans are black" both are generalizing and not accurate. Maybe the few Americans that YOU have met didn't realize that, but so many know that is not the case.... generalizing people is the problem in the world.
😂😂😂 This is just one tourist who made Moroccans scramble to spoil his videos. What if we open the door to tourism in our country, they will end up with more foreign debt? 😂😂
They will end up like other south africans refugies i dont hope it for them but the manierisme of some of thier ungratful make me wanna wish it for them

You need to correct the wrong information about France gave us the monument of martyrs . it s a big lie. How you can believe that ? Algeria has built it. Don’t believe everything on google
I could not enjoy the videos while many Moroccans barked empty words in the comments out of jealousy, envy and fear for their country’s tourist attraction with the heritage of another country.
@@bouzianehamza4468oh I found you again hahaha now I made sure that you are Moroccan, you are the one that have been commenting bad comments, I saw them all
My dear friends Chris and Gladis, you have not seen anything in Algeria yet. What remains for you to visit is still breathtaking and incredibly beautiful. Enjoy your stay with us. You are welcome .
Chris, I love your latest series on Algeria. I seriously want to consider applying for a visa so I can visit Algeria, especially Algiers. The city is absolutely beautiful and the Algerian people seem so welcoming and friendly.
Algerians, we are a good people because we have lived through many wars. That is why we love peace and tranquility for all people. Even in our distress, you see us facing it with laughter.Look at the history of Algeria to learn why this people are so kind. Many wars, I mean the French colonial war The war lasted a century and 32 years
We have Algerians in Canada and honestly, we don't like them. Liars, thieves, hypocrits, they don't respect our culture. Somme of them are ok and well integrated but many are causing troubles and lazy.
Algeria is special , i have visited a severale countries before like dubai qatar ... but algeria is more civilized and the vibes here is absolutly amazing , proud to be algerian ❤❤❤
Welcome to Algeria, it’s an honor for us to have you guys in our country, I live in Canada but I miss soo much my beautiful country 🥲, please enjoy Algeria it’s your country too bro 🤞🏽🇩🇿❤️
Great vid. Didn't know this is what Algeria was like. Thanks for the insights. I'm always wanting to go to places that haven't quite yet been overly affected by tourism. Beautiful city but seems it's the locals that put it over the top. Adding Algeria to my travel list.
You are talking to an american ,america is four times larger than algeria,so this time it's stupid to say that Algeria is a contenent ,بزايد من هذ التعليق الغبي تاع القارة ،راهي أغلبها صحرا

I just want to clarify something: the little kids that hugged you two were from mali and niger, they aren't algerians. btw i watched all your videos abt algeria, I really love your positive vibes, and i hope you had a good experience.
@@bouzianehamza4468 because I live there 😅 and we see them with their mother who unfortunately begs in the streets and they don’t speak Algerian only a few words I just hope our government finds a solution for them because they can easily get in trouble with some bad people especially at night

PART 1/2: What makes it special to be Algerian? I think that everyone who meets an Algerian will feel this pride and these human values very deeply rooted in them. It comes from their history. Algerian resilience, resilience against all odds. During two millennia of Algerian history, this people experienced different invaders and they constantly fought for their freedom. The Roman invasions, Arab invasions, Ottoman invasions, Spanish invasions, French invasions, the invasion of terrorism in the 90s known as the Black Decade period. So Algerians constantly had to fight for their freedom. Algeria is the only country in the world to have succeeded in winning the war against terrorism. No other country in the world has achieved this. Only Algeria has done it, and alone without outside help. And today, it is thanks to Algeria that security and stability reign throughout this region of the world. Without Algeria's efforts there would be anarchy. It is also the only country in North Africa that gained its independence by force of arms. France did not want to lose Algeria. This land has always been coveted by different cultures and nations, because it is a rich land, possessing many riches, and from a strategic point of view its geographical location makes Algeria an important place. The fierce fight against the French. Algerians fought courageously to be free. Ditto at the time of the Ottoman invasions, when Barbarossa, the famous corsair and pirate, joined forces with the Algerian Queen to liberate Algeria against the Spaniards. the Algerians fought fiercely to free themselves (See the film “The Last Queen” which traces this story. Released in 2023 in cinemas). The history of Algeria is also its relations with America, the USA was the first Western country to recognize Algeria. Kennedy (JFK) had received President Ahmed Ben Bella at the White House after independence (See on RU-vid the black and white archive images of this visit, as well as JFK's famous speech to congratulate Algeria for its independence)... PART 2/2: Algeria is also the Mecca of Revolutionaries. At the time, Algeria was the world center of revolutionary struggles and struggles against colonialism and racism. Algeria supported all African leaders who fought for their independence. This country supported them, welcomed them, financed them. Algeria was Nelson Mandela's first supporter. It was Algeria that had the Apartheid regime sanctioned at the United Nations. Algeria trained and supported Nelson Mandela. The leaders of the Black Panthers, the Civil Rights movement in the USA, took refuge in Algeria when the FBI was hunting certain leaders. Che Guevara, Fidèle Castro and even Japanese movements were found in Algeria. It is their history that makes it special to be Algerian. They are considered warriors, real men, real men, and they are very attached to true human values. They never agreed to submit in front of anyone. This is why certain French people, certain Moroccans, certain countries criticize Algeria. It's the only country that never wanted to give in. Algerians are very proud. They have a natural Patriotism. No need to go to great lengths to bring out their patriotism. It's natural for them. When we understand the history of the Algerians then we understand what makes them so special. Contrary to preconceived ideas, Algeria has never attacked other countries because this country defends the principle of non-interference. Algeria is also the land of the first Queens and Kings in Africa.
You inspire me to travel. I've always wanted to but am broke. Soon I will own my own home and be able to save money and hopefully we can meet up for a beer. Stay safe out there brother ❤❤❤❤
The Algerian people are renowned for their warmth and straightforward nature. Their hospitality is deeply rooted in genuine kindness, extending a heartfelt welcome to those who approach them with respect. This vibrant and emotionally expressive nation thrives on the principles of mutual regard, ensuring that visitors always feel at home amidst their spirited and joyous community. However, if they sense disrespect or threat, their indomitable warrior spirit awakens, revealing a fearless and resolute determination to defend their honor and integrity. Your beautiful personality and happy spirit have endeared you to them, and you are warmly invited to return again and again.
