It’s honestly frightening how just one decision under pressure going the wrong way could have ended the world as we know it, swept away by the Dragon’s fury. Even worse knowing how many opportunities for this wrong decision have presented themselves

For the tones, I used an EAS encoder application that you can find on GitHub. The people speaking were voice actors who gave their time and effort to me for free. I inserted some ambient airplane sound into each presidential part and added some overall distortion effects I can't remember to make it sound like it was an imperfect radio transmission. If you have any other questions I might be able to take a look at the project files.
