Every RU-vidr says it's not worth it. Because they start editing your content. Telling you how to act and what to say. It's just a bad deal. So many have gone thru that and they all say it's a bad deal.
Loads of people do it. I remember my mum in France would speak england but change her tone and accent....I was like ‘mum that’s not gonna help them atall’ so 😂
Lived in Muscat for 4 years and this one brought it home 😌 Dude, you should've checked out Al Istamboly in Al Khuwair, they have the best shawarmas in Muscat and they're only .300 baisa. Keep it up man, loving the vlogs! 😁
@@LivingBobby You're welcome, you will love, I was born in Portugal and I'm living in the States, but the food alone, will eventually literally bring me back soon ;-)
I'm not Omani but I've lived here all my life and just want to say I hope you enjoyed your time here. Oman is one of the world's best-kept secrets in my opinion.
Im honestly so glad the hate is fading away, everyone makes mistakes and your videos were always entertaining to watch no matter what, keep it up Bobby
Dude I live in Muscat and I saw your video for the first time You actually missed on a lot of street food on Oman You must try sea food here and also go to Turkish corners which are present all over the city You will get more authentic Omani food at a proper Omani restaurant which is actually cheap All in all I loved your video but do visit these places before leaving Muscat You won't regret Would love to meet you as I also live in Muscat
Wish I was white, everywhere I go people would be welcoming and giving me free food. Instead I'm brown and get treated worse than foreigners. Feels bad man.
You should come to the Netherlands. I am from there and I think it will be an amazing experience for you and everyone that watches the videos. If you are there and you need an local guide I am in.
Damn, I was shocked when I removed the lid of the date palm, and it was a LuLu sticker😂😂, Btw LuLu hyper market is Indian😂😂, so you ended up Indian food not Omani food😂😂
yeah my friend is from pakistan and when you are a foreigner in pakistan so may people give you stuff for free because they see you as guest in their country. Really really nice people.
I lived in Medellin for 7 months mi parcerooo! Colombia has some of the best street food in the world! uuuuufff, and when combined with some champeta in the street its literally magical!
i just saw this and i can safely say that most markets here in the arabian gulf region opens either around 4 or 5 pm, or that its much more alive during the weekends. Bobby, if you ever decide to come to Kuwait, let me know and ill gladly show you around! ( I'm actually an international student in the US so if im back home & you ever decide to come, then hit me up! XD )
Please go to Tunisia, by far the most underrated country. best food in the Middle East/mediterranean, and best prices. Not to forget the beauty of the country is endless with its beaches, city, and dessert
I’m half Keralite but I stay in Chicago, and I’m glad you met some people from our place! Come to Kerala sometime in December and I could even show you around.
@@Manzar534 Qatar has gdp per capita of 61 k dollars while NYC has 71 k dollars so NYC is more expensive by the way Qatar should also be cheaper because everything in their country is subsidized by government through oil money.
@@Manzar534 lol so u r telling me Qatar added 60+ dollars of gdp per capitain 2 years 😅😅😂😂 u clearly don't know anything about economics 😂😂 i should probably not argue with u.
As your going around the world and your already in the gulf come visit Qatar and see the 2022 world cup progress as its every beautiful country with delightful food to eat
Bobby goes to the market when the people are busy praying. Of course the shops would be closed. During prayer time, all of the shops are closed, you won't find as many shops open because the people go to pray.
It feels good to come home knowing you had a good day just to watch a new livingbobby video, that’s what you call blessed keep it up you should try Puerto Rican food next we won’t let you down 🇵🇷👍🏾
The people in Oman are so kind, I've been a few times and they have always been so kind. Also, I'm not sure if you know but during 2pm to 4pm a lot of shops close for a break and they open until late that's why it seemed like a ghost town when you went
You have to go to turkish corner in al ghubra and try their shawarma, mixed grill platter and shistouk. Also, visit the old turkish coffee restaurant and coffee shop in al- Khuwair. You can also visit the automatic restaurant for omani/lebanese food. Please upvote so bobby can see this..
Bobby, as a fellow NYer I know how mean and grumpy people are but, that's only in NYC. Most other places you go, people are extremely friendly and helpful.
This video was so nostalgic to me i was born and lived 18yrs of my life in Muscat and I was a regular to most shops down in ruwi living in Canada and watching this vid takes me back to the old days where the boys and I just hung around there
Bobby lulu is also an indian supermarket, the guy said you is also a india, he spoke Malayalam . Lulu supermarket is in few countries like dubai, india, oman and some more countries.
You should come to South Africa . In my opinion somewhere like Durban would be awesome . I think we have 12 official languages and many forms of “hybrid” or “culturally influenced” foods that would be dope . It’s a relatively cheap and easy going place for a holiday .
Go to Belgrade or Niš and eat some Serbian food. Food is really cheap (especially in south) and its very good. You can try lepinja (buy a little bit of kajmak to put it in while hot), find somewhere small pljeskavica, eat burek for 1 dollar which a lot of people daily do and other.
