Really enjoyed your Video nice to see you guys exploring different Cuisines from different Countries.
Both of you should share your food. Indian food and other Asian food are meant to be shared. The "kicking sauce" is tamarind sauce. The green sauce is mint and cilantro sauce. Paneer is pressed cottage cheese, I think. The rice is called "Basmati rice" it not like sticky rice you see in Asian restaurants. Basmati rice is my favorite. You can eat the main dishes with the garlic naan bread as well. Use the bread to dip with it. The butter chicken , basmati rice and the naan bread are introduction meal for someone who have not eaten Indian food before. Just be careful of the level of heat you ask for. Start with no spice/heat if your not into spicy food.
