Thanks a tonne for busting myths. I have used concoctions of Hamdard Almond Oil, orange essential oil and geranium essential oil. My sling became better. I still keep Hamdard Almond oil and it’s just awesome.

My mother says the same thing. She swears by ubtan but I am too lazy to use it. She has the red sandal wood stick at home which she applies twice in a week. When I was a kid my mother used to apply coconut oil and til oil alternately from head to toe which used to keep our skin nice and healthy.

I've always loved your recommendations..n i really need your help..seeing your pigmentation reduced so much..i have combination sensitive skin n i have pcos and i get tanned easily just after 5mins under the sun with scarfs n sunscreen n all..i apply n reapply sunscreen also do chemical exfoliation still get tanned as in 3_4darker than my original skin tone.. stay out of sun if you can...but otherwise you can follow any of the skin care routines that i have shown in many videos...stay regularly and i am sureyou will see results.

No I think not because it has both chemical and mineral filters. It is a hybrid sunscreen

Ramandeep, double cleansing everyday evening mein kariyae. aap moisturiser change kariyae to minimalist nmf ya deconstruct. shayad aapka barrier theek nahin hai, isliyae irritation or dryness hoti hai. aap raaat ko vaseline bhee use kar sakthee hain..it helps with dryness.
