that would be a neat event if a walking mannequin stays at the base and you run out of time to do the task, you first get the email you get when you don't send all tapes or hashcodes, but then you get another mail and they end up being horrified by what they saw ...but then again, there are no cameras in the base unless the player puts any on the walls
@@ChaoticJanzo i tested it myself and the quality is so shitty that they would probably think kel was being chased by some weird guy besides, it only shows the area right outside the front door, so not exactly helpful at seeing kel trying to escape the mannequin
That was amazing. It reminds me that most of VotV, out of context, is just comedy :D From the pranks, to the... well, more pranks... to the invisible pranks... it's all pranks. All designed to make you feel unsettled and unsafe, very little can actually be considered a true threat in VotV. Hell there's not even any actual jumpscares, it's all cardboard cutouts and stuff :D :D It's all in the ambience and execution, that make you feel scared, but without that... it's a really silly game, heh.
@@sirrock5558 true, most of VotV's jumpscares though... seconds after they happen, you're already laughing at yourself for being scared at something so silly. Yeah there is some real jumpscares. but they're very rare.

I just realized the brilliance of music choice lol Also fun tidbit: Early in my game, I just wanted to get rid of the sentient mannequins. I do a quick google search, Reddit says fire will do. I do not read further. I buy the lighter, and like you light it up right when my character is too tired to do anything. The most scared I’ve ever been in this game 🙃
So I burned my first mannequin, and it started walking, but it was laying down. I then broke it with a crowbar. Have I awakened all the mannequins now? Why was the one at 4:14 following you?
