This was the beat that Jestone Art played for Vast Aire that he was upset was given to Cryptic One, since he wanted to use it, in that old Def Jux documentary from 2002. It was uploaded to Soundcloud a while back by a user named thePARADOXICALstate. How he got his hands on this beat I will never know unless he comes forward himself, but it's good that he did since this is an amazing beat that definitely should have been used.
