I always loved the gospel styled vocal songs with stripped down instrumentation in bluegrass, and this one from Flatt and Scruggs has always been one of my favorites (although lyrically not a gospel song). It’s rare to have all five dusters singing together, so I thought it would be fun to add this one to our tribute to represent this type of treatment, and to get the opportunity to have a “Let It Go” type of approach added to the Stringdusters repertoire.
