Thank you very much Swamiji. I don’t know why but tears rolled down as I thought about all my family, relatives and friends who made my life so beautiful. I am very thankful to you for a beautiful course that you have offered. My Pranams.
I am glad how he considered the people who actually have dysfunctional families and adviced on that it may not be good for such people! Appreciation on bringing ancient knowledge and considering the current situations! You are doing well for people. Blessings to you! Thank you. :)
Thank you 🤲 I did have a very dysfunctional family but I enjoyed participating in this chanting anyway. It was a little tricky but I used the blessings I have received in place of the ones given here. However I probably wouldn't have managed it without all the healing I've been blessed with.
Thanks, Swami-ji. I'm not sure about others out there, and this isn't Vedanta, but there is a technique called "The Work" by Byron Katie, which I've used for years, which is quite good for looking at the opposite thoughts to particularly painful negative thoughts.
wonderful, wonderful. Particularly being called dhan...(iel), ha, ha,ha. My question would be how often one needs to meditate so that the new positive neural paths starting as little springs become wide and deep as the Ganges? At least once a day I reckon ?
