It's so funny to see people who work as influencers / are unemployed / don't work specific jobs try making a "sexy version" of how to dress for said job 😭 It comes off as so out of touch to me when they say "how I'd dress as a teacher!" or "how I'd dress as an office worker!" and the outfit is basically nightclub attire, not at all allowed or suitable for that job. It's so weird because it feels like they're using these jobs as "aesthetics" but by wearing outfits that don't even realistically match the job. It feels like they have this dreamy, idealistic view of the office where everyone is formal, chique and hot ... Like, no? And the point about consumerism is SO true, I'm honestly sick and tired of full body clothing trends ... It feels like a video game event where the whole world changes aesthetics for a day or two, and then goes back to something else, if that makes sense. Thanks for the video !! ❤❤

This is wild to me, bc in my 20s I got "dress coded" at the office so many times bc someone complained about my outfit. Keep in mind this was the early 2000s so I was wearing mainly prairie skirts and peasant blouses. 🤣 Also I lived in Florida and had a space heater under my desk ALL year round. The office was never warmer than probably 65F.

Office jobs are 8+ hours plus commute. I am wearing something comfortable, not something I have to constantly check if I am flashing my V when I am sitting or ass cheeks when I stand up. Plus offices are cold. As usual a trend I am skipping.
