Been using the bone GL for now since i didn't want to invest the materials in other ones quite yet. Ive gotta say...im doing surprisingly well with it even with how little ive been able to upgrade it.

This juicy shelling damage is really nice to look at. I hope I'm soon caught up to that point too.

Bone Gunlance made grind a lot easier.

I was sooooo bent on making jho gunlance. Sad thing is when i made my decision my jho lance already 8.5 and i told myself "traditionally lmgun lance shells scale with raw attack"...... one day later "aww man it scales with grade!?!?!" I myself no mainly that reason and one other reason. Jho weapons scale the dmg soo gud with EA that i told myself "well half the attacks would scale with what jho lance offers" man did i regret. But im also invested in 3 jho armor pieces at g8 chest,waist and legs. Soo i think me passing is ok. I choose the azure over this thought but that azure gun lance still does great. Especially if one wants to throw in sneak attack or aggressive dodger for the slicing attributes. Thanks for the content CAO. I think ive been watching ya vids for 10 years now? Keep it up broski

Can you make a comparison of without and with each lvl of focus? As a fan I'd love to see the comparison as from me using focus 2-3 with artillery 3 I wasn't too impressed.

I've started playing this game about a week ago and I found this video because this is the weapon I chose, I'm trying to figure out how to do the different shots, randomly I do them when reloading or trying to evade, but I don't know what combo to actually press to do the different attacks, I just use charge and special when it fills

I really like the normal gunlance style cuz u can perfect dodge into the slam, which makes it so much snappier

Gunlance main here and I am absolutely in love with the weapon. The only problem I have with it is the controls. How many times have you backstep only to Full Reload xD But aside from this my build I decided to go for Artillery 3 + Guard 5 + Divine Blessing 5 for maximum tankiness. You can just shoot while defending at the same time and since HP is quite crucial as well its good for both offensive and defensive playstyle to just try and block attacks and not worry about perfect block/dodging.

Sure. But how does it stack up vs 8* KD and 9* monsters? If this is peak, what do past 8*?

instead of pukei helm, why not azure helm for focus2? how much focus benefits GL before its not worth? if it were possible to get focus5 arty5 would that slap hard and fast? im an LBG main (who started as bow, then dual blades, then lbg, now playing around with other things)

if WS isn't affected by shell damage boosters then it might be good for status builds. Might check that with the Girros lance. Also, please send Monster Bone + lol.

Is anyone else's gun lance range random? Or is my device lagging really badly? My gun lance can sometimes hit a few yards away, and sometimes i have to literally stand right on the mob for the shells to even hit at all. I am not referring to poke, just shelling.

I'll make sure to save every material for this weapon. I know it will take (probably) the rest of my life to do it, but this will be my first grade 10 weapon. Right now, I'm just waiting for dailies for refining material to male it grade 7, then I'll just keep upgrading my armor to deal with the hunt a thons.

Thoughts on using the jho GL for the extra point in Artillery? Don't plan on using its mats for any other weapon/armor at the moment

Great video but if shell lvl is grade lvl and charge shots have the highest att dmg, why upgrade to 10.5 and not stay at 10.1? Also how do you do vs 9 and 10*?

Just curious, how far did you make in terms of the chapters? Were you able to clear 10 star chapters?
