Just to correct something real quick, I haven’t played spyros adventures before and I didn’t know that the core of light was destroyed in that game. Sorry for the lore screw up, I’ll try not to make another one like that next time.
whilst i agree with the notion that you should probably have played the games at some point, we should all recognize how difficult it is to get one's hands on the original games. they aren't being sold anymore that's for damn sure.
The core of light was destroyed by Kaos at the beginning of Spyro's Adventure wich is the reason the Skylanders got banished to earth and Eon turned into a ghost head.
Chop Chop is canonically an Arkeyan experiment trying to fuze magic, tech and undead energies. The majority of Arkeyans are apparently just magical robots.
It's so funny to me when they (Disney, mostly) make relatives into nieces/nephews instead of children, because it just adds more implied characters into the mix. I'm curious as to who Eon's sibling was, and especially what happened to them, since they left their daughter in his care.
@@RodrigoPereira-ws8ok The fact that the cartoon canonically introduces Eon's brother and then Aurora NEVER shows up is something I will never forgive the show for.
@soulcyclone360 obviously. I'm just more surprised. I mean, as far as i'm aware, we have little clue as to when the super chargers came to earth, so I like to think that they both assumed the other was dead only to be reunited, leading to a lot of hugs and tears. So much so it's what got dive clops the water element.
I would like to mention that the story scroll in arkeyan armory says the arkeyans were originally dark sorcerers. Also the story scrolls are a great primary source for lore
I’m not even in to skylanders, I’m just here because I find these videos weirdly fun to watch. Edit: it appears my first statement is now false, I'm a fan of skylanders now and I've been thinking about it for a while because of these damn videos
I think how the politics works in Skylanders. Is that it works where the skylanders are the cops. But the other factions I think some of them are under Skylander rule. But are cultures that just have to do what the skylanders say.
One thing I would love to see is a video about the lore of all the characters of the first gen that didn't get carried over to the second game like Boomer. I always wondered if it was because they weren't popular or if there was a lore reason (despite the money related reasons of course)
“There was never a point in Skylands when the core of light was destroyed.” I feel like I shouldn’t have to correct you on this… (Also, do 4 Skylanders. I get impatient sometimes.)
Though, if you take his abilities from the Legend of Spyro trilogy, Spyro has slight time manipulation abilities. And since Malefor’s design in the comics merely his LoS design with armor, it is most likely that the events of the LoS trilogy happened in the universe of the Skylanders games in some form.
I rather have 4 skylanders in a video also, what a Biclops is, it's like a cyclops, but with 2 eyes, vertically (instead of horizontally like most creatures) (I thank the old NickToon, Chalkzone for that one)
Chop chop isn't a skeleton of an arkeyan, he IS arkeyan, but was made with arkeyan parts and whatever bones were lying around from the enemy side of a battlefield.
This series has inspired me to dust off an emulator to try and get a skylanders game working on my computor Didn't realize there was even lore to these figures individually
Yes, please do four and maybe for next topic you can do well technically Skyland is that like ick nighter are like elemental spirit possessing something or haunting it
I like to think the reason the Giants adjusted well to being launched hundreds of years into the future, was cause everyone they cared about came with them rather than being stuck back in time.
I simply need you to cover Blaster Tron and how he probably has the biggest plot hole in the series, maybe except for the Sensei/giant debate. Also, the backstory and rivalry of Wild Storm and Tae Kwon Crow is pretty interesting
Love these Skylanders videos you've been doing recently. Also for me, I'd say when making videos on them, there more Skylanders covered, the better. So, if you're asking whether to do 3 or 4, then I'd say 4.
Keep up the good work man, personally I don’t mind videos about 3 skylanders or 4. But if you’re able to put more information and lore about each Skylander if it’s only 3 in each I’d prefer that. Really though either way is fine :>
could you do a video about all the backstories about all the light and dark characters, the sylanders academy crew stories, and every skylander that was spotlighted in a commercial or something
I think the Arkins’s being able to become spirits was one of those things where they had to practice and essentially become the embodiment of that element for them and with that that would probably give them the ability to control the robotic suits to a degree I just think most people pick the tech elementbecause it was probably one of the easiest to do alongside the magic element and undead and that’s probably why we don’t seem realistically any arche and fire spirits, water, spirits, light or dark spirits so on and so forth, but that’s my theory
Skylands as a location is really cool but the worldbuilding is all over the place. It's meant to be a kind of DnD, Discworld, Adventure Time, quasi-parody of the Fantasy Genre which can only be understood empirically rather than rationally. But I think those things at least follow the rules they make for themselves.
I personally really like it. Pretty much anything could exist and have a place in Skylands. Immeasurably massive and great, and while not set as firmly in stone as a tale and world such as Blasphemous, Elden Ring, Darksideres, World of Warcraft Etc. , the sky's the limit on what adventures, creatures and encounters can be made in this wonderful childhood world of high fantasy.
The more I look at ignitor the more I question stuff about him and realize details about him What species was ignitor before he was attached to the armour? And plus the more I look at the armour I realized it doesn't have a helmet the torso acts like ignitors face It's either he didn't have a helmet or his head was completely burnt off. Although I maybe looking too much into things
