I love how DJ BBQ did nothing in the video and acts all surprised about things jamie does when I'm pretty sure I've seen him doing it multiple times on his channel hahahaha. Might've been drunk lol
The worst but is definitely when hes all surprised at the bowl over the burgers to melt the cheese.. I bet Jamie actually stole that idea from the DJ! 😂😂
The mustard and chipotle on the patties is just to die for!!! I made this recipe multiple times and it’s just amazing! I vary the toppings from time to time!
Was browsing different burger recipes on RU-vid and decided to give this one a go. My god. Best burger/thing I've ever eaten in my life. Highly recommend
One of the good things about Jamie is he is always normal and extraordinary at the same time;you could easily tell how much he enjoys cooking food with finesse. ❤️
I always love it when tv chefs say stuff that everyone knows, yet they tell it with such passion as if it were something totaly innovative and unknown to the masses. 'the smoke is kissing the meat, this is what BBQ is all about' 'Sear one side of the burger, and then we turn it'
Haha yes you're right. There is no polite burger! I learnt that during my first date. I had to eat the burger with cutleries, it didn't taste as good as it's supposed to be. I felt sad for the burger and forgot about the date.
It is so unbelivable what a Star cook can create😂 The ingredients are just like in a normal Burger 🍔 but the result looks so much better👍 I'm so impressed 👍 ( I'm 14 years old and from Germany and I really love cooking) I just want to thank you for this wonderful recipe 👍
jamie oliver is one of my best favorite cook i've seen alot of his show i really admire your passion of cooking hoping someday i'll be able to cook with you :)
@@Janine.Najarian Where are you getting that information from? Chris doesn't have a restaurant background whereas Jamie Oliver does. Chris went to culinary school for 6 months then started working at BA. Jamie started in the industry working for Antonio Carluccio.
Yes, the best burger is over clump charcoal. I love it. I use 180 gr, mix of lamb and chuck mince. Baste it with GROil (Garlic & Rosemary Oil) . Mustard, pepper powder and a bit of minced onion is in the patty mix. Art is to get the right amount of ingredients and moisture, so it doesn't fall apart.
Jamie Oliver Thank you. Yesterday, made ribs over Brazilian charcoal. BBQ, slow, OMG! Don't like Sous Vide. Similar to Indirect cooking at its best. (1.5h) Cheers! ;)
I love the idea of adding a little vinegar to the onions, and the mustard to the burger on the grill. The toppings really make the burger. Great video.....
King Arthur would've name you, "Ye knight of The Grill". Yours would've been a small, but epic role in sustaining and inspriing the knights through their trials and tribulations. Brilliant stuff Jamie.
hey Jamie! I just live watching your videos. The recipes look so good I can nearly smell food (in my mind). I could not see you last time you came to São Paulo :/ but I what see now is you cooking with this guy called Paulo Cuenca :) His wife and him do great recipes on their channel: Dani Noce. #ChamaOBigode
I made this burger minus the bourbon in the sauce. Was good but to be honest the red Leicester cheese is far too overpowering for me personally as you can hardly taste the burger because of it. I thought the sauce with the lettuce was a nice touch though but next time I'll use a milder cheese.
I always loved the way how Jamie cooks. Messy, rough, yet fine and delicious. This video actually played on autoplay after I watched Gordon Ramsey´s "poached egg muffins" and after I thought "This is so much oil, it would attract any Jamie Olivers in the area"
+Chad Thomas Thank you! I hope you can get you hands on some very soon. After that you won't want to buy any other kind of cheddar cheese because let's be real, the rest is subpar. 😎
#chamaobigode this means "invite Bigode (which is the nickname of Paulo Cuenca, husband of Danielle Noce, who owns a culinary channel on yt) for a collab" hahaahah it's his dream to cook with you. make it real plssss
It really makes me happy to see a world known chef laughing and wondering about the taste of such a simple dish. Like a toddler with his napkin „omnomnom,it so good“
My family and I tried it.. It was the best burger we have ever had...great burger joints like Grill House could not even measure up to this burger Great stuff as usual Mr Oliver
