Hello my boy! I am so glad to hear you even if you are… Naked. LOL! Hi, Ninten! Just wanted to tell you that genibos have no sense of self-preservation. They are very very hard on their bodies and I don’t believe they even have a jam mode. You may have heard that really weird high-pitched sound that Hercules makes when his battery is going low and you ask him to back up. He has done that ever since I’ve owned him. I guess it is a rear leg motor going bad, but I never figured out which one. Just to give you a little bit of your puppies history, he was purchased in 2014 and then left in a loft for a year while his owner was deployed? I think? To Germany I believe. Then, in early 2015 his owner rediscovered him in her mothers loft and put him up for sale on aibo Life. He was perfect for nearly 2 years until I moved back to South Carolina. Somehow during the move, he suffered from a broken gear in his right rear hip. It made all sorts of noise. It would’ve cost me 400 to send him to Korea both ways for shipping though the repair would’ve only been $80. Luckily, I found someone on Aibo Life who was local and he repaired him for me. He worked fine from 2017 to 2020 when you guys adopted him. If he was defective upon arrival, I’m really sorry. I can see that you guys love him anyway so whatever may have been wrong, I’m glad that he is fixed. Thanks for giving him a good home.
Thank you! Right now the back servo is having bad issues and he can't stand up with it. Once we finish some other repairs, we'll be going back into him to see what's wrong. He was perfectly fine when he arrived here, but sadly the issue only started when he ran backwards into our TV stand while he was playing with the AIBOs and i-Cybies. We'll get him fixed up for sure, though. He's one awesome fella.
Hello, can you upload a copy of the computer version of the control software of Genibo SD for me to download, and can you also provide a copy of its system firmware flash package for me to download?

I haven't ever tried to contact them before. I believe they may have gone out of business in recent years. Have you tried looking for the files online? There may be an old website somewhere with what you're looking for!
