I'm interested in something like this. The kids love to have soft serve. 2 sticking points would be cost of the unit needs to be reasonable, under $300 and the servicing price per should be under $1. So if that can is shelf stable and you can pop one in at anytime that's a great feature. Otherwise the old way is buy the flavors and store them in freezers. I'm concerned about Drm. I don't want to be stuck to ONLY having that company to buy from, they did something similar with Keurig and locked out third party suppliers at one point.
