Wow a movie that deals with aging people in a light hearted yet dignified way rather than the typical slap stick "i'm old isn't it hilarious how out of touch I am, come laugh at all the things I can't do"... I think I'm going to check this out.

I totally agree I instantly got the whole Miranda Presley vibe from Anne going ugh of course trying to focus on not being completely biased and optimist, but it could actually be cute. The interns flopped with Vince and Owen maybe this one will be a Netflix hit

A film with heart, warmth and a soul. I just discovered this great movie today, 6-2-16. Maybe it's a symptom of my age but The Intern dispels the anxiety of a fast-pace existence and validates the concept of wisdom (sometimes) coming with age. As with many things, just recently too, I watched and wished that my late-fiancée could have lived to experience this with me. Even though I can't speak for her I would hazard a guess that she would have embraced The Intern as I have; that notion makes me happy and wistful all at once. Now, where is my handkerchief?

My wife and I are planning to see this soon. I've always been a Robert De Niro fan and my wife likes Anne Hathaway. If the trailer is any indication it'll be good. It kind of goes with what I've always believed. Age and experience (particularly experience in daily life) are to be treated as valuable assets. My late grandfather (1913-2011) always said,"you don't celebrate many birthdays if you're stupid or fail to learn something every day". He died after suffering a stroke while using his tractor to break one his two 20+ acre fields for spring planting.

Honestly, I was watching another 2015 film when I saw this one on the recommended RU-vid section videos. I watched it because I saw Anne Hathaway's hair has grown.. I never expected that this Trailer of "The Intern" would me make me feel like: "I AM DYING TO WATCH IT!"

Sioutan Law better plot twist: deniro becomes her boss, but then people start disappearing whenever they go to his office. an alien inside of him craves human meat (but nothing pale, because that would be yucky).

Beautiful movie that has covered so many aspects of our everyday life! Nancy Meyers is an amazing producer! Brilliant movie, that puts you in such an ease and makes you want to watch more and more of it. Lots of laughs and ending was a true blessing. We have rented it, but will buy it so that to support Nancy's beautiful job and for gifting us two hours of real joy!

I just finished watching this movie and oh my gosh, it's one of the best, if not THE best movie I have seen in the past few years, and I sure watch a lot of movies :) Definately a recommendation; you need to see this one for sure!! Loved it so much :)))
