Crazzy how lean ur back gets. That protein icecream looked great. I still prefer the taste of strawberries over blueberries but bananas are king for taste. Great video and message at the end.
Blackberries are better then strawberries and blueberries. They also grow so abundantly wild where I live I can just pick a handful of a bush while I'm on a walk with my dogs and enjoy the fruit and the refreshment they provide to.
Will really is the perfect package of not just quick witted humor, but actually useful and attainable fitness advice as well. Really helped me with my fitness journey.
@@Happy-mm4bx nah greg actually did say that but will definitely has abs even at 194lb its just not super shredded but its there so the quote still applies
"Nobody is gonna speak to you more than you speak to yourself in your own head" What an amazing piece of wisdom. Take care of your mental health, hommies!
This is so true. I used to be called skinny , weak, feminine and soft at work. I started to lift weights again and play less sport and focus in on my calorie intake. I realized that the real battle I was fighting was with myself. That voice inside my head saying I’m weak. When I looked at my height and weight I’m actually at a nice weight and on the mid to heavier size. I’m learning to love myself again and to be grateful for what I can achieve
I deadass teared up a bit at the end. I’ve been feeling not so great these past few weeks and my diet has definitely hindered and I’ve noticed my body getting a little fatter and it sucks. That message at the end genuinely helped me feel better about myself, especially since I compare myself to others too much for my own well being. I really hope Will knows how much he’s helped others on their fitness journey, not just thru workout and nutrition tips but they the positive messages he sends. Thank you Will you’re definitely the best fitness RU-vidr ever 🖤
What puzzles me about this "industry" or whatever you call it, is that people are so nasty to each other about their physique (or lack thereof) yet as soon as someone says something like this, it's all love.
Those who call him fat clearly don’t understand how much muscle mass he has. He is so freaking big for a natural trainer and I wish I had his gym performance and lifting his weight. Still working my way there and keep it up will ✊
People are also brainwashed by lying social media fitness influencers and celebrities most of which are juiced. This gives uneducated people the wrong idea of what a true natural body is supposed to look like. Literally anyone who knows anything about fitness would be an absolute baboon to call someone like Will fat.
We got so used to all these influencers with all these perfect enhanced physiques that i bet we don't realize sometimes how impressive Will's is. Impressive 30 day change Will, looking good!
Hands down my favourite youtuber ever. The way he puts jokes in his videos is so smooth and funny, and at the same time makes people learn something from his videos while enjoying them. And he makes the watcher feel like he is his best friend. This is the perfect youtuber.
This was an eye opener when I listened to how you felt about your body. It really shows that if we aren’t careful, we’ll make ourselves feel awful trying to chase the next physique rather than being able to enjoy working out and being fit for what it is
did i see will gain weight? yes. did i think it was a lot? no. did he still have a physique I wish i had? duh. Dude always looks build af and inspires me to get into the gym and become a god. easily one of my favorite youtubers, thank your for all the content!!! its always nice learning and laughing while doing it. Wish my professors new how to do this.
Chef's tip for the zucchini chips: after cutting in slices, salt the raw zucchini quite generously and let it sit in a strainer for an hour. You'll be amazed how much moisture comes out. After the hour, rinse thoroughly, dry off and then bread & fry like you did. They'll be much more crispy and flavorful since they're deeply seasoned and the natural flavor is concentrated by the loss of water.
Dammmn that's a good idea. I'll definitely try that. Have you tried that with anything else? Sounds like that could work well with several other veggies.
@@LTR1420 It works with veg that has a lot of moisture. I'd recommend doing it with cucumbers before making tzatziki for example. Getting out the moisture concentrates the flavor. I think eggplant benefits from the treatment as well, when making parmigiana or something like that.
@@LTR1420 If you sauté onion, peppers and any other "wet" vegetables. Put some salt on them in the beginning and it helps it saute quicker and less likely to burn as you give it time to cook to your preferred style.
I was watching one of his videos with my wife and at one point we looked at each other and I had to be like, “take literally everything he says with implied sexual meaning or undertones” 😂
Too true way more to life than bf% when I was losing weight I was obsessed now im just chilling focussing on other parts of my life. Being consistent and just letting it happen. Also I've noticed my workouts have changed alot to stuff that I enjoy and more tailored to my goals rather than optimised for muscle growth. Thanks for helping me out along the way man. I appreciate you.
Building muscle takes a lot more effort than maintaining so this is the way for most people. Spend a few years doing it 'optimally' to build a healthy, long term, sustainable base. Then transition to long term maintenance where you shift the workouts to be more enjoyable/progressing to other goals. Most fitness RU-vid, even the good ones, think the ultimate goal for everyone is to gain literally as much muscle and be as lean as possible in perpetuity.
Hands down one of my FAVORITE fitness channels. This video was needed especially the end message. Recently dropped 50 pounds (since March of this year) and sometimes I still see all gut. But more and more I’m loving how I’m developing and in awe of the milestone jumps. Thanks for those ending kind words.
Will is a perfect example of a guy who looks good and has a great physique without defined abs. That just goes to show you don't really need shredded abs to look good.
abs look pretty weird if you over work them imo. you want a flat stomach or light ab definition...you don't want each ab bulging out unless you're competitively bodybuilding. Thors physique is probably a good example of not overdoing the abs.
You look in unbelievable shape bro! Best I’ve seen you this whole time, as a boxer no one can tell me that cardio isn’t key to a happy life - no matter the weight or look of a bodybuilder! And for what it’s worth the sort of cardio you was doing is the reason why you’re in such a great mood! Not because the fact you lost weight. Keep at it man sending best wishes from the UK 🇬🇧👊🏼
@@OvrStim1 it’s a better feeling than any PB for weightlifting and that’s a fact. Don’t wanna hear any peloton users start trying to relate to me either! Body weight cardio that Will was displaying is a much more effective form of cardio both for your physique and mental health - I won’t be convinced otherwise!
Im down 20 lbs and gained a lot of muscle. I cant wait for my next weigh in at the docs. Only 1 year to go until my target. I love you man, from the bottom of my heart. Ive NEVER said what im about to say but, your videos changed my life. I was 240 lbs at 6'3. I didnt realize how fat i had gotten until I did. Thank you. I am grateful forever.
The one fitness youtuber that i feel is actually passionate about his and his veiwers health. Ive been watching will once in a while for 3 years now and he never ceases to amaize me with his passion for content creating and more importantly, gains.
I am a believer that no one is responsible for my triggers. But as a recovering bulimic former anorexic Wills videos encouraged me to restrict during the day ("intermittent fasting ") and binge at night (because of his "cheat days" videos ) causing guilt and vomiting. Bingeing is not healthy I don't care what you call it. Intermittent fasting has no basis in medical/nutritional science (I speak as a NP now) Will is not sound mentally. He needs help.
Loved the message at the end. You're the perfect combination of solid fitness and nutrition information, comedy, and positivity. Definitely my favorite fitness guy on RU-vid.
I loved the balance of humour and info. It's obvious that it wasn't just his body and health that had changed but his mood and mindset. I'm so happy for you. Keep up the great work.
Finding your Channel last month was perfect timing for me. I felt like I was off track, and now, I feel like this summer I'm finally getting back on track. I feel better. Thanks, Will. God bless you!🙏🏾
I like the fact that you show us your natural pre-workout body without any filters, oil, pump, special lighting or other gimmicks. This gives me confidence about what is naturally achievable outside of everything we see from media when i watch myself in the mirror every morning.
As a guy who’s trying to lose 140lbs (started at 371.4 now at 324) I really appreciate all the awesome recipes and my inner foodie thanks you 😂 your sense of humor cracks me up too.
Well congratulations I’ve been trying to lose weight lately I may or may not have taken a couple pounds of fat off idk I look different but the number isn’t much
the bit of advice you gave at the end was the best I've heard in a long time from any fitness person. People forget, life is short, be healthy yes but enjoy it too
I've only been subscribed for a month or so but i gotta say man i love ur vids! the creative meals u make, slipping in the jokes here and there and especially your closing statements they are always so genuine and really makes me feel comfortable with my fitness journey, keep up the great content.
Will, your message at the end of the vid was just pure gold! As a guy in his later 40's who's worked out since a teen, you were right on the $. Focusing on having fun, actually enjoying your workouts and a focus on fitness in general, will have you hooked for life. Stay natural too folks..
Hi Mr. Tennyson. I’ve been watching you for about 2 years or so. You always share your fitness journey with us and I appreciate it. You and your family are an inspiration. Thanks for the videos 💎😊
Totally agree with what you said at the end. I spent a year going way too overboard with eating less and training twice a day, and lost a stupid amount of weight and ended up with an eating disorder. Now I’m back on track, and have been for about 4 months. Lifting heavier at the gym, more energy. Your content and advise always motivates me to do better and keep going
I fucking love the comedy you implement into your vids, it's the tiniest things that makes the difference and it's so funny! Love it, stay you Will...never change your humor!
I have just found Will's channel recently, but I absolutely fell in love with the humor, knowledge and Will sharing his experiences. Also I thought that morals at the end of your videos are a little bit corny and life coachy at first but now I look forward to them as well! I love that Will's approach is basically just common sense and being reasonable. Overall just a complete package with great filming and editing. Amazing! :)
I was a little worried when I saw the title of this video, but I’m so happy to see the direction it did go in & that you prioritized your health & wellbeing. Well done!
I have COVID and have binged like every video! I even got my husband to watch them and he hates all RU-vidrs, especially fitness channels! He says you are surprisingly strong, very knowledgeable and funny! Thanks for the awesome content! I’m getting excited to continue my fitness journey after I recover!
I stumbled upon your channel a few weeks back and your videos didn't disappoint. It also helped me immensely to consistently start working out, especially making my fitness journey from "just bearable" to something I actually enjoy. Love your humour and charisma, it's a joy watching your videos.
Damn I needed this. Especially the last words about there's more to life than my body fat percentage. Motivations been low during the summer vacation . First week of getting back on track both at work and the gym. Stay strong y'all
Will is literally amazing. His videos are not only extremely easy to digest, they don’t feel remotely condescending. Mixing that with his amazing humor and him just being a genuinely amazing person, he’s a blessing to RU-vid. Also, Will you should do rock climbing regularly it’s amazing for your core, back, and legs. Especially vascularity since it’s also at certain points it’s really good cardio. But yeah, will thanks for being so awesome and making me way more into fitness than ever before.
18:19 probably the most important part of the video. A pit i’ve seen close friends who have lost weight fall into is that they never tried to fix their own view of themself before they lost weight, so they became a different person because of it. I’m trying to come to terms with my weight and lose it not because I feel less than others but because its whats best for me. And we should all look for the best in ourselves.
"My goal was never to get shredded. It was to get healthy, happy, fit, enjoying my workouts..." Will leaves body dysmorphia and peer pressure in the rearview and sets his sights on sustainable goals that will improve his quality of life. That is one of the most important ideas in all of fitness IMO. 90 seconds into the video and I feel like I'm home.
Everyone loves the luxury life the problems most people have about buying luxuries are having enough money to buy one, but that won't matter if you have a stable financial life.
Last week, Warren Buffett talked in BBC news about how investors and traders can make millions through Crypto. He also recommended an expert Mrs. Thereasa Oconnell, Wondering if any viewers here are familiar with her services.
@Bethany Nicole I've blown account on different trading platforms for the last couple of months. I will like to see an experienced trader oversee my investments. Any contact details on how to further reach out to her for assistance?
I could immediately see the change in your face. You’re one of my favorite fitness creators because you feel much more realistic. Your physique is incredible but not so crazy that if feels unobtainable. The same with your diet, it’s not a crazy insanely restrictive diet. Love ya Will, keep it up!
Will, your message at the end of the video was heartfelt and meant so much to me. Thank you for your service and thank you for being such an inspiration to all of us✌️
Always love your videos will! I look forward to them every upload. Love how different you are from most fitness youtubers. Giving out free healthy tips and free life advice which is my favorite part of the videos! Never change and keep being you!
What I love about this video is that its not like 40 pounds in 30 days, to get people watching for the quick fix, but showing that with consistent and realistic goals/work you can achieve your goals.
Haven't been able to watch Will lately but he never fails to deliver the goods. Besides brilliant workouts and great! food ideas, the anabolic ice cream never fails to kill me. Dear God Will.
My man Will! Love the humour as well as the positive fitness message you are getting across to people who are starting or in their fitness journey themselves. It's a very toxic environment nowadays so it's nice to have you around!
I love watching will ! He’s just so fun to watch and I love Katie/ his fam! I’m not even into fitness and I binge every video they are just too entertaining ❤️😌
I feel like Will’s fitness philosophy has evolved over the years into being more focused on overall enjoyment of one’s self and their image than how their image looks from other peoples perspective
Will’s comment about how investing in yourself in the kitchen to make sure what you’re making is both hitting your goals and tasty really hit home 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
You just made the protein ice cream recipe 50 times better for me. Putting 1/4 tsp rather than a full tsp of the xantham gum made the texture way better and you still get a ton of ice cream. I also don’t feel like throwing up afterwards. The way you prepared it tasted really good too
Oh, Will, you are my absolute favorite youtuber. I just discovered you in the past month and you're truly a breath of fresh air. You've been a huge inspiration to me! I think your physique is great and total goals. Also, I'm a nurse and I absolutely hate my job so coming home and binge watching your vids is the perfect escape. Much love from shit hole Cali🤙🤙🤙🤙🤙🤙
It's been a year and almost a month since I last watched your videos due to some personal stuff happening to me which put me off anything fitness. I had been putting off your videos and I finally watched this one and I'm so happy to see the blender thing, the hot sauce shaking, and the anabolic ice cream, and everything again 😂 you're as witty as ever hahaha. Love your positive messages and awesome personality. I've been working out again and I feel so much better. Keep it up Will♥️
6:42 Man, those pecs 😳. I'm amazed and pretty disappointed at how people call you fat because you don't have shredded abs. It just shows how distorted our perception of "good" physiques are, specially being compared with people enhanced. It sucks being mean on the internet became the default. Anyway, you keep slaying king, it's always great to see your videos 🥰
Will is becoming one of my favorite RU-vidrs to watch, he provides honest fitness advice, with some food reviews and tons of innuendo jokes stuffed inside. Let's face it, Will is basically the Boston Cream donut of RU-vidrs. I guess you really are what you eat.
Will is the same weight as me and he looks incredible while I'm stuck at over 20% body fat with a bit of a gut and weak as hell. Time to start doing a better job of tracking my macros in My Fitness Pal and, ugh, do more cardio. At least I've been getting stronger, even though I'd still be considered weak.
Probably my favorite video so far that I’ve seen! The jokes were A1, I was cracking the fuck up, I was laughing so hard that I had to rewind the video multiple times so that I could actually hear the information which was equally good. And then the message at the end was a perfect way to close out the video. Great job!
Man, those buffalo chicken wraps look amazing. I am going to make them for sure! *Update: I'm eating the buffalo wrap right now and it's AMAZING. I could not find yogurt-based dressing at my local store unfortunately, so I opted to put some regular ranch on 1 of the 2 wraps I made.
They do make sugar free fat free ranch. It’s definitely not as good but ultra low calorie. My go to is sugar free bbq sauce or some kind of hot sauce. Adds enough moisture and flavor to be enjoyable.
Assuming he is between 5'11" and 6'0", he would top at 200 maximum weight. Anything above 200 lbs would look overweight for his height, despite his muscular physique. For him to be 225 pounds and look healthy, he would need to be between 6'3"- 6'6".
I love that will talks about classes! my husband recently started lifting with me and we added in some classes (I'm usually anti classes) OMG WHAT A CHANGE. Thanks will for being that humble to show how much classes suck
Bruh, I can see your cheekbones during your workouts, you've really lost a lot in the face! F45 reminds me of something I tried once at a gym, I was so tired afterwards that I wrote it down as a dumb thing to do (took 2 days to recover), grats on doing that for one month, every other day!!! Amazing words of wisdom on closing, thanks.
