The Intersection of Climate Change and Integrative Health

Matt Erb is an integrative physiotherapist based out of Tucson, Arizona. Matt has served as a Senior Faculty, Clinical Supervisor, Associate Clinical Director, and Communications Specialist for The Center for Mind-Body Medicine, Washington D.C. He has a clinical physiotherapy practice with Simons Physical Therapy, Tucson AZ, that focuses on mind-body integrated care and the role of physiotherapy within mental health care. Matt is an instructor for the University of Arizona/Banner University Departments of Psychiatry, Family Medicine, and Integrative Medicine as well as faculty with the Integrative Psychiatry Institute in Boulder, CO. As Founder of Embody Your Mind, Matt has produced numerous peer-reviewed publications including a seminal textbook, Integrative Rehabilitation Practice: The Foundations of Whole-Person Care for Health Professionals. Matt is motivated to co-create enhanced ways of delivering whole-person healthcare that concurrently addresses socio-ecological factors and is active with efforts to address climate change and its intersection with individual and community health and well-being.
