I can identify, my mom dies when I was 9 years old. If I could have her back, God knows I would give her the world and more! I will always love my mama; she was the greatest of them all! Like the brother said, everybody loves their mama and whoever don't something has to be wrong with them!

My Momma unfortunately left us in May of 2019 at 83 😢. Im 62 but will never forget all the wonderful sweet memories she was exclusively the best Mother in the world, seven days a week. She was not only a disciplinary, she was super cool and fun, making the best of life in a spin cycle, (lack of words) for the family she'd raised. I'm speechlessly devoted to her accomplished dreams throughout the era of civil rights she kept going in her own peaceful journey to teach and take care of her Mother and children. I always love my Mommy ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

I lost my mom February 2023. We danced to this song every year on Mother's Day, as I got older I thought I was too cool to dance with my mother but yet she would always convince me by saying "I dont ask you to dance but one time a year" or "you are going to miss this someday" mom.. today a few days before mothers day i miss this... (excuse the run on sentences I'm just venting)

Yes, I lost my Mommy Nov 1 , 1982 I 🗣️ was 19 years old and it was one year after my graduation from the Respiratory Therapist program. She was so proud of me but she Really was the one that Earned that degree. She tutored me each step of the way. I am so Glad she was My Friend. Miss her so much

this song is a serious tearjerker. if God/the universe, blessed you with GOOD Parents Mother or Father. who took care of you when you weren't able to take care of yourself. IT IS YOUR DUTY TO TAKE CARE OF THEM. when they need you.

I lost my mother February 3rd 2008 I was 46 and she died on my 2nd oldest brother's 58th birthday. When I hear this I feel it to the core and when I hear Sadie by the Spinners I sometimes loose a few tears.

I remember when this came out I said I will never forget it. I dedicated to my mom every Mother Days. Even though she is gone I still plays this on Mother day's and I do cry. I miss her but this song is great and will always be hers. I can put some much here but I have to say that everyone I have read on here I agree with it when it comes to my mama.

My mom sacrificed everything to give my brother, and I a good life by taking us to many places and events, and exposing us to many things. She did all this for us and many other family members while silently suffering from a serious anxiety disorder for 20 years that only my father knew about! Several relatives lived with us throughout the years, and she never charged them rent. Our house was almost like a Holiday Inn! She took care of kids and other relatives from both her side of the family, as well as my dad's. She died of cancer in 2006. She was truly a selfless woman! Yes, I'll Always Love My Mama, and this song! ❤

Their was a concert at the SAP Center tonight (2/18/22), Valentine's Day Special, or something), and I really wanted to go. This group, (The Intruders), Zapp, and OTHER groups I would have LOVED to have seen, but I DIDN'T have a way there, and I DIDN'T want to pay $160 00 to get there & back, (NOT to mention I had to pay for a ticket to view the concert), souvenirs, etc. I know I WOULD have loved it.
