The cell phone changed our lives. The smart phone transformed them. The benefits of smart technology are that an emerging generation finds themselves at home with their portable devices. One of the price tags is it left us with diminishing social skills and emotional intelligence. We are “screenagers” who now must insert strength and conditioning exercises into our inward lives if we hope to sustain long-term relationships and emotional health.
