✅ Do what you liked in your childhood once per week (dance, paint, sing & etc.) ✅ Forgiveness work (forgive & apologise to all who hurt you and apologise to all whom you hurt) ✅ Wake up earlier (to meditate with affirmations, to exercise outside, to learn - read or listen) ✅ Intentionally continuously evolve 🧠🗣️ When you drink a glass of water say: “I am intentionally purifying my body - riding all toxins from my body and pouring healthy liquids inside of my body.” and drink slowly. Your reality is a sum up of beliefs that you’ve been selling yourself. If you tell yourself your life is fucked then it is. But if you tell yourself that life is amazing and that you’re infinite possibility then I’m sure your views will change drastically. Dedicate time to build you and I promise everything will change. Gym, positive self talk, meditation/visualization, and good eating habits will change things around.

How do you do it, when youre completely alone? Not alone as in, i dont have someone to talk to, i mean alone, no friends no family, i was homeless for 4 years alone, finally got into my home, and im still alone...how do you fight yourself, your mind, from feeling like youre done, defeated, cant push anymore, and its a struggle to feel grateful when you have no one but you.

Part of what he is saying is..... We are not alone. We are One. Focus on the energy within.... You are focusing your energy on external needs. (People) Why do you need someone else to do what excites you? If you want to dance go and dance. If you want your favorite meal have your favorite meal. If you want to take a trip around the world, take a trip around the world. Saying that you are not doing these things because you are alone is a limiting belief and an excuse. So you are living a life that you are trapped in based on your own thinking. YOU are causing YOUR suffering. Does that make sense? Byron Katie has a wonderful process to get through a lot of this. She is on RU-vid and also has a good book. You're basically doing all of the things that Garrain is saying NOT to do. 💜🙏🏽

I want a family so bad. I am 40 and know I am running out of time. This hinders my life in so many ways. I don’t know how to set it aside and let life happens the way it’s supposed to. I am suffering in ways u can’t imagine. Thinking I may not have a family of my own paralyzes me In so many ways. How do I release these limiting beliefs because I am on a hamster wheel going in circles. I meditate In morning, I exercise and read but after that I feel stuck in my thoughts. If anyone has any advice please share with me because I feel hopeless.

What are your thoughts teling you? I find that observing myself is helpful when my mind starts racing. I watch how my breathing changes and heart rate picks up. I feel the tension in my muscles and then ask my anxiety why it has come to visit. I sit with it until it feels heard and then it leaves. Perhaps the root of the problem will become clear if you observe where your mind wanders to. Maybe it is a deep sense of feeling unloved or unloveable. Perhaps it is a fear of having your dream slip through your fingers. Or possibly feeling like your life is slipping away and you have nothing to show for it. Or none of the above! When your life feels out of control, you have to follow that spiral in the opposite direction -- in -- because that's where the solution can be found. Be gentle on yourself! Life is brutal

Stop thinking that the idea of a family is limited to a partner and children. You likely have family that are being overlooked in your search for a "family." You need to look within. Take this guy's advice and get in touch with 5yr old you. Then let the universe guide you. Also. Start by forgetting about numbers, and time and age.

So crazy.. i met Garin Johnes through herbalife when he just started and was still poor.. he pushed i didnt.. he is very successful and i am not.. im doing ok.. but not at his level.. he is a true inspiration and i love his energy..only knew him for 3 years in herbalife but then i got out and just started working a real job.. didnt continue to push and believe
