+bbrandon There is nothing illegal about selling the service to machine the casing of a device, services like this have existed for years that change the logo on your MacBooks cover and converting it into a tablet even. He wouldn't be selling non apple parts with the apple logo on them, which is illegal, but instead just offering a service.
