You know that finish by Conway at the beginning is mad underrated, took the ball on his knees, quick turn of pace to outrun the defenders in the corner. I pray he can overcome his injury concerns to make it back in to the Ireland squad. His strike rate for Ireland is brilliant.

It's not a small pool anymore though. Over 100,000 registered rugby players, over 20% adults with over 120 professionals at any one time to make a national squad from. If the game keeps growing here we'll need a 5th pro team team.

Great video montage. Epic soundtrack. Irelands rise into the top echelons of world rugby started with coaching quality of Joe Schmidt back in the early mid 2000s. On the back of that Andy Farrel brought them to a high pedestal on which they reign over other teams. Ireland … forever the best in Irish eyes … but can only manage it in the off-season in between World Cups… you know - the time when other teams are building/experimenting/expanding depth and are not as intense as they would be at WC time. And then even they need the assistance of officials to beat certain teams. Yes … the Irish are the best … 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

It doesnt matter when the world cup is just another competition surely the number of victories and the style of rugby is what makes a great team like the all blacks. The world cup depends in a large part on injuries and a lot of luck. To go to the matchex week in and week out to watch them is an honour.

As for luck needed … the Irish needs only the officials to assist with winning as has been seen in some matches the Irish have “won”.. Ireland may play well in the offseason, but they still have to pass the Q-finals … again they peak way before a WC and embarrass themselves at the WC. Will happen again…
