I agreee!!!!

Obviously the Oscars can be biased sometimes, I's very probable that every year there are some movies in there that were paid behind the scenes to be there but, at the end of the day, overall they are all worth it and they all deserve to be there in some way or another. Plus, they do kinda boycott some genres (like comedy, horror, fantasy...) and sometimes even some actors/directors BUT, to form an opinion like yours, you obviously HAVE to watch all the nominated movies (and more) and try to understand the reason behind those nominations, so that you can have a fair comparison and understanding of the competition in that year. Just because we think a movie is good doesnt mean they should be at the oscars.

@@Kimera92 very logical response. I respect it. That being said, have you seen the iron claw? great f'ing movie. I have a really hard time believing that there were that many movies greater than it. I saw a decent amount of movies last year too and honestly none came even close to how good the iron claw was...in my humble opinion.

Also, in my personal experience, one of the best from the ones that I watched this last season But from all the nominated movies to best picture, Ive only watched 5, and they are all pretty damn good in their own unique ways. They were: Anatomy of a Fall; Oppenheimer; Barbie; Killers of The Flower Moon; The Holdovers
