I believe the issue with the water is just the spot you're drinking from, usually just picking a different / deeper part of the water works for me. Great video by the way!
The new stam and health regen changes are too much... No longer feels like an adventure and survival. Just sitting around in a bush for hours between being a walking simulator.
Not sure if you have done this or not but go to your settings and make Alt bite manual rather than the default, once your used to it its SOO much better in fights
