Funnily enough, I was playing as a Utah and I found this other pack mate, roamed for about 30 mins before he jumped into a river and as soon as I decided yeah lemme do it too and was underwater, I saw a MASSIVE deino surface 😭😭😭😭😭😭

There are two viable ways to play: Play lame and hide constantly. Play in a big group. Playing in any other way is just rolling the dice and hoping you get lucky enough to not get noticed by a player that can kill you.
Well, I dislike playing with others so I guess option 1 for me I'm terrible when it comes to working with others, I just assume no one likes me lol I'll just pretend I'm playing Cuisine Royale and just run from or kill anything that isn't me...

@@Pops1970 It was alright for a few hrs - when the lobby was full and in certain map locations (and assuming the connection was stable) it could be quite busy and entertaining. I put enough hrs into it to feel I'd got my moneys worth but then got bored and stuck it to one side for later. Haven't otherwise kept in touch with the game's progress since. I did feel the map is a little too big at times, even with a full lobby. The model animations and watching your animal gradually grow though are quite satisfying and well done.
Still such a huge problem. I found ONE chicken in 3 lives of playing and it didn’t even lower my hunger at all. I was killed while starving to death 10 minutes later.. The original isle is still so much better than evrima. At least that version works.

If you team up with someone, is there packs or some sort of group? Also which symbol is which, i dont know what the paw is for, and if that heart thing above the water symbol is health or food.
Returned to The Isle and tried Evrima once again after 9 Months. I don't get the message " you don't meet the minimum requirements" warning in settings menu anymore. Unfortunately I still have FPS akin to a stop animation model from Ray Harry Hausen except, there is 3/4 of a second delay between each frame, oh goody. Not a very powerful PC I have but it plays Legacy decently enough. I knew my Isle career was coming to an end since I first played Evrima the first time , I'll just play legacy until it dies.
Awesome video, a lot of good information. Also I saw your gore video which was very cool, I hope you will be able to bite off parts of a dinosaurs tail , and if your a trex and lets say you see another rex it would be awesome if you could rip of part of the skull of the other Rex off or other dinos, Like in the animated show primal, or when crocs perform gruesome take downs on there prey items.

for me it seems like the tracking is broken in evrima now, I did not play 2y ago but this tracking w the yellow steps and all seems easier and such to follow. I've never seen tracks at all now, just bloodglows miles apart... if I lose the blood I lose the prey, which is sad cuz I can't for the love of me sniff tracks. I might be doing something wrong
Can anyone tell me if you can change dinosaurs while you are already playing as one? For example: I'm playing as a Dino, and I want to change it to play as another one. How do I do it?
That is correct, 2 is friendly, and used to create groups with other players. 3 is threaten, and used to decline player group invites. 4 call means "help"
@@-Clutch- it’s literally their intention, the game isn’t just a dinosaur game and just because there’s humans doesn’t mean it’s a negative experience considering it’ll be humans v tribals v dinos which a lot more variation that most games out nowadays. Dino sim gets boring after a while ngl
Play on community and not official if you want a more realistic dino experience compared to people who treat it like a pvp game, thank god there is no scoreboard or people's Moronic Ego's would go off scale!
can other players see my location if they press Q even if im not bleeding? for example if im full on hp and water and just afk somewhere do they see the red glow when they press Q?
@@ShadowsLew lmao ty I found out earlier and I actually like it. I like that you have to two call to enter a group. I was two calling my friend and got one tapped by a stego that I didn’t see 😂
pro tip is to *FIND A GROUP* as you get extra protection, water (if you are at waterfall) and food (most of the time you will feast on ur dead comrades) and its easier to get to adult
