@@AnAntarcticScotsman ok I agree. But when the only thing that they showcase dinosaurs wise is concepts…and barely any animations and mechanics…it gets tiring. You took the messages out of context. Tapwing is amazing but Im sick and tired of the devs showing off concepts instead of current stuff they are working on. And the human/building stuff I just have no interest in. Of course tapwing is going to continue concepts never said anything about then stopping/doing other things. Just the isle needs to be more transparent. The only things I really ever see in the phase three on discord is just concepts and buildings. If you can catch a stream you might see one or two cool things…but thats it

@@moodhawk807 Everything in 6.5 is finished and we know Bryan and Kissen are working on the other 3 for update 7, and again human stuff is worked on by a separate team of like 3 people. Anyway my best guess for why the update is not releasing is because they don't want to fuck it up.

My man did not do his research enough. All of the new stuff were out there, they were announced a long time ago how could he not include them in the video?

I did mention that I was not going to go through everything because it was a lot I know I missed a lot off stuff I just wanted to go through what I thought was important for me

Yet PoT's core gameplay experience is still terrible. Combat updates are shallow - we still don't have genuine abilities like pouncing, tackling, ambushing, knockdowns, grabbing, snatching, etc. Growth and mark-collecting is still needlessly tedious and the quest system is still outright awful in every regard. Not the The Isle is much better. The unique combat abilities and smooth animations are there - it's just the optimization is so laughable it makes the game unplayable.

@@alexs29 it seems like you don’t want to admit/ don’t find any positives with the game either… this game came out around the same time as envirma yet has more dinosaurs, better optimization, mod creatures and maps, and relatively fast updates with a new creature about every 2-3 months yes the game can be better in many ways and i agree, yet they are not the same dev team at all, and have different goals that they want to accomplish before other things grabbing, pouncing and other things you mentioned will come eventually, we just have to wait

I think people have been leaving for years now and started playing other games and sadly seems like the isle devs don't care, the isle devs are the worst when it comes to taking care of their community, I seen it first hand in the background

How it works! Is now u can stack your quest marks and growth! So instead of only getting like 150 marks n 40 secs of growth you can now! Stock pile a bunch of quest and get 2,000 or more! Marks!! And 5 or 10 or more!! Growth time as well!

@@No_name8374 Also helps if you get killed you still have growth saved so you can continue growth of that dino instead of running in circles and not growing

@@FutureCaveman Its to stop your growth xp and marks from being wasted. Do quests and stock them and then when you have enough use them all and instantly get it all.

Tbh I didn’t expect the update to be huge! But I’m pleasantly surprised! A lot of creatures got some much needed tlc and the map looks better than ever! And this update is just a sneak peek for the full combat update! Also in terms of the isle I say end of the month we get 6.5!

@@No_name8374 I agree. I like both games just isle is my perfered game out of all dino games. Bob was 2nd but with recent changes to there game they went 3rd. So isle is 1st and path 2nd on my perfered list
