He's seen to be quite rude in the chat, as well as KOSing a Dilo, Dryo(not in vid), and wanting to kill others as well. A lot of us kept trying to remind him of the rules, but it was no use. After the video ended, he even threatened me. "Why don't you man up and fight me then" after I said I was going to report him.
