bit of a logic also. dont store a firearm loaded for a long time. ods of a box of bullets just going off is low (for any reason). ods of a bullet in a gun just randomly going of is way higher (not super high if its a good gun and ammo but still).
Initially I read this as pure stupidity, but on a rewatch Douglas firing the gun into his mouth and then perfectly reloading it, is instead showing how he has absolutely zero fear
The note explains why he kept the gun. He anticipated that he'd end up jumping out a window, and covered it up in his video wills by saying that he thought he'd die from smoking cigarettes like everyone in his family before him.
When this episode first aired, I thought this was a subtle hint that Denholm Reynholm was going to come back at some point - that he'd written the note after faking his death, as a hint to Douglas that he was still alive. Events later in the episode scuppered that theory. But it was good while it lasted.
I just noticed that Douglas pulled the trigger five times. A service revolver like that has six chambers. So it's my headcanon that the sixth chamber actually had a round loaded into it.
Most only load five in old revolvers that can hold six, because even if the hammer is down it can still go off due to there not being any firing pin block .
Jagen Nope, they remove the magazine and/or open the action. I don’t think you know just how safe most gun owners in America are. And they wouldn’t need to check if it’s loaded anyway, because basic firearm handling guidelines instruct the shooter to always treat a gun as if it’s loaded. You have a warped view of American gun ownership.
I guess if I had adjust the IT crowd… I would say that I would understand or have a great deal of understanding why and how a cable company known as Amcomm, a law firm known as Bernstein law, firm, both moved, and right around the same time a network of radio stations, including one called WRIF in Detroit was bought out by Beasley entertainment, and a gentleman by the name of Williams that was working for French Canada and Spain moved into the NASCAR community away from where the English would try to find him or try to stone him to death… could be justified all in the same sentence and then how it connects to Ponce, Puerto Rico and Waterford, Michigan. I know this isn’t relevant, but I know some of these ridiculous things that I see popping up on Puerto Rico are trolled.
i found this video because of an obscure moomin animatic and the artist recently deleted it from youtube so now i have to go here for the audio also sidenote is this the voice actor of the buttwitch from twelve forever?????? the voice sounds almost the same and i think of her every time i watch this
@@karlbassett8485 Especially when Alec Baldwin isn't the producer. Besides, I'm certain this is a prop gun. If it does not need to fire, it is not a real firearm. To reduce the chances of Alec Baldwin getting ahold of one. No system is perfect, though...
He wrote he jumped out of the window. So it was a plan all along? Lol. I mean I don't know if that was a slip up in the script or it was there on purpose
