These special effects were made with a legendary analog machine called Scanimate. Back then, special effects weren't easily created on a computer, as they are now. People had to experiment with all these different settings and knobs on a huge analog machine, to come up with something like this. It's fascinating, and whoever did the special effects on this video really did a terrific job.

Michael Jackson was and still is the greatest entertainer to step on stage. His singing and dancing stands alone along with his spin mives. The man was amazing from 5 yrs old to 50 yrs old. We will never witness another one like M.J.
