Did you watch the whole video? I think not, as one of the concluding statements, Jason's final message, was an apology and a reform statement. He said that he would no longer be avoiding the situations that he was previously avoiding.

People playing in video game queues are leaves passing in the wind, if you don't make a motion to continue the interaction after, they just pass right by. If you just outright avoid women entirely and give no explanation, you cannot expect people to understand.
