Jeff never let's a guy down, either with the puppets or the new podcast!!! Fluffy, now Howie, who's next?? Great job Jeff, keep up the great work!!!!!!
I worry about the situation driving Howie nuts! I'm not laughing about that. A good chunk of the population besides the elderly have been scared out of their wits for the past year.
I love you both. Just do what you always do. Cancel culture needs to be canceled. I believe the majority of us are so sick of it. We need to laugh at ourselves and at others. I remember when you use to say f..k them if they can’t take a joke. We are giving cancel culture to much power. We need to take our power back. I will always support you both and many other funny people. Love you all from Montana.
My hubby of 46 years is one of these ubber funny men. I throughly enjoyed this. Thanks Howie, and Jeff.(Peanut your my fav. You remind me of myself) 💖🙏🏻🤠Blessing for you and fam.
My daughter and I were discussing how iconic Walter has become, and we decided we’d love to see your next character be Walter’s wife! Either a hard-ass, scotch drinking cig hanging out of her mouth and a deep gravelly voice... or a trophy wife bimbette, dumb as rocks. Personally, I’d love the first one! Imagine after all these years, finding out Walter is all talk, and all “yes dear” at home! 🤣🤣🤣
So many things that Howie said, resonated with me. I can't believe how much we agree on humor, stress, problems and life in general. Love him for what he does. Thank you Jeff for this interview. I am slowing catching up with all of the vids on your channel. Loving it and smiling all the time.
I've been a "Howie" fan for years. This is the best interview I've seen of him. Jeff,,,, you're right up there with Johhny! I'd say you're a doll,,,,, but that's your sidekicks job!
that was just amazing hearing the back story of Mr. Mandel. It must have been so terrifying each time he went on stage, but such a learning experience. it is the humanity in both of you that makes you both wonderful people! thank you for sharing this story. I do not believe you will see this note, due to you being so busy and working on the road so much! but thank you for your time!
I watched Howie since St. Elsewhere. I am 72. You both make me laugh and I appreciate it very much. I think about Mary Tyler Moore and Chuckles the Clowns' funeral laughing. I agree about Pepe.
This felt like a seminar with two great comedians who delivered it with great honesty and strength. I learned quite a bit about Howie's past and how he dealt with the struggles through the years and how he is so REAL and OPEN about what it took to become a success.
Love this third episode. So much life wisdom and experience. Pulling back the curtain on success and not shying away from the hard stuff is SUCH a gem. Thanks for starting this podcast.
Happy St Patrick´ s Day 🍀💚 Everything you do is fantastic, even the Podcast is great 🥰. I don´ t understand everything because I come from Germany and I can only school English 😂 , but it is still fun to watch you ❤️ I love PEANUT 🥰❤️😂
Sounds like Howie has the same philosophy on life that I do. Trying to do something and risking the chance of failing isn't what makes one a failure. It's one who fails to try.
Howie Mandell was the first comedian I ever saw live. I was hooked from that moment . I saw him late 80's early 90's era in Thibodaux , LA . I have a friend name Bobby so it cracked me up to think of him being like that as a little boy !
Yep, I even sat on the gym floor just to watch him the place was so full we were all very considerate 9f the people back up practical going out the door!
Fantastic podcast! It was absolutely fascinating to hear Howie's stories about how he got started and struggled. And the apprehension of you two toward cancel culture was extremely interesting.
Man you hit the nail on the head.... my wife and I both have had depression... I thinks is a worldwide thing.. I have relatives in UK and they are really locked down.. thanks Howie and Jeff for your candor and honesty. Love your work...
I’m so glad Jeff you are doing these podcasts. I’ve watched everyone of your videos, and just laugh my ass off. You are awesome at your talent, and what you go through to get your audience to laugh every five seconds. It takes a lot for me to think something is funny. You have succeeded tremendously. I always loved Joan Rivers. She was just fantastic. I love to laugh and you bring tears to my eyes, because you are so good. Howie, was very enjoyable to watch. Keep the podcasts coming, until we all can do what we used to.
See growing up in the 90s bobbys world was one of best cartoons so was X-Men,g-i joe, cops, he-man,so much more Krstine thanks Jeff so much for everything !!
Thanks Jeff! Thanks Howie! This was a great interview. I was diagnosed with ADD at 40 and always used humo(u)r (Yes, I am Canadian), to help me with difficult personal & social situations.
I could sit and listen to Howie all day long with his stories! He is just inherently hysterical, respectively! You don't even need visuals. It's funny the way he tells them, like you're right there as the story unfolded as it happened! God Bless.
Howie Madel is a wonderful and funny person. I loved Bobby's World. That was such a cute cartoon. I have never seen him not funny. I hope he does more!
I grew up not more then 20 minute walk from where Howie was raised and I also know the High School he talked about , I truly enjoyed your interview with him , I like both you guys
Forget the nay sayers, I enjoy you telling stories with your friends before the podcast. I'm listening/watching to learn about you and your life as much as who you're interviewing.
Jeff ... Truly OUTSTANDING interview with Howie!!! Makes me want to look him up on Wikipedia. Jeff ... literally, this is one of the best interviews I have ever seen!!! Please keep them coming!!! Me and mine wish you and yours all things great and good; take care, be safe, all my best and God bless. Chuck Knight from Buffalo, Texas. 👍🐩🖖✝️🙏☃️👍
Another great podcast with another of your comedy peers Jeff. Quite interesting learning how Howie Mandel became a comic. He's right though about the laughing and crying face masks in theater. It's true what they say that drama is easy but comedy is hard. Since comedy is relative to each individual what one may find side splitting funny another may not find funny at all. Howie's observation that the most humorous comedy is that which comes from the most tragic of moments is true. That's why his example of laughing at a clown in a circus who falls rings true.
Thanks Jef-fa-fa!....for the sneak peek under the tent that is yours and Howie's life and relationship with comedy. ....and I will drive by your house once a year from NC on April fools Day to see you wave!....the Bro-mance is real!
I gotta say, I love that you are doing this live show/podcast. I have loved your comedy for at least the last 10 years, and am glad to be able to watch some great content on the regular. me and my fiancé saw your show up here in Portland a few years ago, such a great night. Much love!
Just as a follow up, I don't know how far reaching your sphere of influence goes, I watched the interview with Gabriel live, and that was awesome to watch, do you have any Monty Python people you would like to interview? or some of the golden age comics like Bob Newheart?
The last 2 podcasts I've listened to made me realize that COMEDY is still the best medicine. It also made me realize the in this galvanized, pasteurized, homogenized culture we live in now, comedians may be close to extinction. Pryor, Carlin, Murphy and many more were the poineers that used the DARK issues and with a twist, made them a little easier to handle. I would rather laugh, then to sit there and think "hmmm, oh no they didn't just say that". I wish you all well and keep 'em rolling in the aisles'....😎
This is the very first podcast I've ever watched and I LOVED EVERYTHING about it! Thank you, Jeff Dunham, Howie Mandel, and Jeff's crew. I have liked, subscribed and set notifications. And now I'm off to subscribe to "HowieMandeldoesstuff" then to watch your first two podcasts.
It would be nice if Dunham, Iglesias and Mandel made a program where the three of them talked about issues and problems such as life, death, illness, happiness, misfortune, fortune, money, politics, science, art, music after time, television yesterday and now etc. It would be VERY interesting to see you great people and artists delve into their lives, talents and intelligences on these and more topics.
I remember Bobbie's world n has been a fan since of Howie Mendel,n I am a big fan of Jeff Dunham, I bought my ex-husband/ still friend a peanut doll for this past Christmas..
I think people should be able to speak freely as long as it is done in a non hateful way. People need to get back to just evaluating someone on just their personal qualities not as a group. Trust your heart again when having your face to face interactions
