I loved this show, and it’s a shame it didn’t last here in the US. It didn’t feel scripted, nor did I feel like all the blame for whatever the issue might be was being put on one individual while leaving the other individual blameless; in short, it wasn’t Maury. Jeremy was willing to hear both sides, and to call both sides out when they needed to be. Seriously, I wish some of these women who went on Maury‘s show multiple times to find the multiple fathers of their multiple children would’ve gone on Jeremy‘s show; it would’ve been refreshing to hear a host tell them to stop sleeping around. Because of this, I could take his show much more seriously than I could other tabloid talk shows. I’m sure there were some scripted elements but overall, it felt more genuine.
Although i'm not interested about Jeremy himself, but i was more interested watching this version of Jeremy Kyle than the UK version when i was a kid when this was used to be shown on ITV2 back then, while it does contain serious life issues, chaos and drama happening like in the UK version, but the theme tune of this version sounded lighthearted and it was like when i watched the news or something.
