When i was younger my grandpa spent every single day watching these old films on a massive tv. Id spend alot of time breathing in smoke, and watching these tinny, campy, incredible films. This stream made me feel like i got to watch these films with jerma, and sent me way. Way back.

Jerma not recognizing the boxer's stomach bulge as muscles is honestly kind of sad, it shows how warped beauty ideals are. That's absolutely a ripped guy. An actually ripped guy, not the model triangle shape that comes from pectoral training, liposuction, camera tricks, posing at an angle and holding your breath (and often steroids and Photoshop as well). Body builders are models, not fighters. Even without the tricks, they do not actually have the muscles required for actual acts of athleticism. The boxer in the movie does. And the saddest part is that Jerma's view is most likely influenced by that fake wrestling he watches, where actors and models pretend to fight each other in order to sell merchandize.

I LOVE the public domain movie streams, I'm so happy they got cut down and uploaded here. Plus an hour long video, that makes it better to fall asleep to. I hope Jerma does more of these eventually, it seems like these and the infomercials were like 1 or 2-off things he did and never thought about again, like completely out of left field. I wanna see him react to old Universal monster movies like the original Frankenstein or Dracula. Dracula especially has some weird ass moments in it like the armadillos in his castle, the bat on a string riding the horse or the random closeup and freeze of the crucifix. Even if only brief I feel like they would be ripe for Jerma commentary.
