I judged judas for betraying Jesus for 30 pieces of silver, yet i betray him for much less.

I'm such a sinner. I knowingly fall into sin, ignoring what is right. I choose to do wrong because it feels good. Pray for me.

There's no bigger sinner than he who knows the right path and yet chooses to not follow it. For there's no bigger hypocrite than he. I'll pray for forgiveness for I am among those.

I sinned today. I was disgusted of myself. Then i took the bible, tried to pray as much as i can. I remembered that Jesus died for our sins, we must go forward even after a sin. Because God wants us to get up after the fall and march with him on the path of life. I thank God for showing is mercy upon me and all mankind, i thank him for puting so nice people on my path that really helped me to understand the will of God for us.

Tears during prayer are a beautiful thing. Tears are what water the plant of perfect prayer within our hearts. May God grant us this everlasting spring to water our souls!

Our third child, Sophia, was born last month while these chants played. Lord Have Mercy on us all!

Please pray for me. I’m at my lowest. I’m struggling as a Greek Orthodox Christian because of temptations, my anxiety, and intrusive thoughts. I constantly fall back into sin even after repenting and I am finally going to try to change my life and turn to God. I would also appreciate prayers for my lust and materialism. As much as I try to stop, I feel weak and the devil winning over. Please pray, I pray every night and day with all my heart and I go to church every Sunday, but I still feel like a terrible Christian. I recently returned to Christ after years of turning my back in him, and this conviction hits me because I’m still the sinner I was but under Christ I will prosper and be better everyday

I cursed on the holy week, wore red, stopped church ,ate too much junk, ate meat on the holy week, didnt pray, didn't read the bible, thought of lustfull things all to be "cool" but Now im repenting for my sins, going to church everyday, reading the bible, discarding the lustfull things in my mind, pray for me my brothers and sisters

I have done almost every sin in the book and yet I still have the nerve to call myself a Christian. I pray that maybe I'll be better, or a transformation, but I'm losing hope. This is one of the only things holding me together.

Tears are a gift I received before I became Orthodox. Cried my way out of a Hindu cult, out of Protestantism which has no place for them amidst the health and wealth false gospel it puts forth, and out of RC which has a very superficial understanding of deep repentance with tears. 15:38 This one really hits me different. I am Armenian by blood and was born in USA. Unfortunately, I haven’t learned to read and write in my mother tongue. I can understand and speak it in common tongues, but I don’t understand when it’s being sung. So I never understood growing up and going to church. This really is the first hymn I’ve heard in English. I was listening with headphones too. I have trouble finding solace with the fact that my flesh will die and I will be in the afterlife. My priest recommended that I even give thanks to God in my weakness and my failures. 'The Love of God is perfected in your weakness.' The necessity for the life of Christ is made abundantly clear to the man who recognizes his limits. Its so easy to curse myself or the world or God for those things that I perceive as my shortcomings. But I guess the task of becoming-like-Christ would be meaningless without weakness to be endured.

I continuously fall into a loop of trying to deprive myself of things that are unhealthy and then all of a sudden gorging on those things that are unhealthy like unhealthy music, videos, being on my phone, not exercising, and then I try to fast and do right but I do things often repetively without self control. I recently had confession for the first time, It was emotional, I cried, and when I kneeled and Father prayed, I felt instantly better, like I had been dirty, but I had just stepped out of the shower. It was amazing, and I am so happy now
