That's it? Love G-d and get blessings? What blessings? Are blessings gauged by the love? How many hours in a 24 hour day are we to spend loving G-d? Or is 5, 10, 15 minutes good enough? Heck a minute. Then blessings shower down? What a distortion of our purpose here on earth. May we never meet if that's what makes you feel good.

Business is G-dly. It's not separate from it. Therefore any discussion about what we are abd aren't to do is related to being successful in business. Or in anything. If G-d chooses for us to be. His choice. Those are the secrets. It's all G-d's choice. If we do charitae things with our money we get more you give more charity. If we raise our children as per the Torah, we are provided with the means to do, continue doing it. Schooling, clothing, a nice home with room for more children, food, books for learning, etc. Money has a purpose. A G-dly one. There are no get rich quick Jewish secrets. Being rich and being a Jew is a stereotype. Enough of us exist who aren't rich. G-d had - has other ideas for us.

What isn't?

Redemption. Yes it is believed that we come back in our bodies as they are. Without disease or pain though.

Being saved is for others. Our concern is doing what G-d needs done.

What is your point?

Living is action. It's doing for others. Thinking of others. It's not focusing on ourselves. Existence is about the self, food, clothing, shelter.

That's horrific.

How do you know how much money the rabbi does or doesn't have? Why is it anyone's business besides his and his wife's how much he has? How for you know what he does with his money? Why should anyone approve or disapprove of what someone else chooses to do with their money as long as they didn't steal it or get it immorally? If you're their victim you have something to say. Having money means someone is happy. In other people's opinions they have no right to be otherwise. Right? Money equals happiness? Lack of money equals unhappiness? Phooey.

The motivation behind the talks? Sharing G-d as we're told by Him to do. The rabbi is not paid for these talks with the same abundant generosity as politicians are, nor as consultants are. Does that make you happier?

I don't need to work, I chose to do so.
