Just checked, and it turns out it's Fuzzy _Owen,_ no final "s." Easy mistake to make, as he, like ol' Buck Owens-with-an-s, was one of the handful of artists who established the "Bakersfield Sound." Turns out, he and his cousin, Lewis Talley, built the first recording studio in the city. Thank you for pointing him out!
