The Job is definitely a top tier episode for me too, tho my s2 favorite gotta be The Remote (which I thought was the first episode of s2 but it seems not huh)
Max had these few episodes all out of order. I usually check to make sure because they did this a lot with Adventure Time and Steven Universe, but forgot. Of course then the order was messed up haha. Let's see if Hulu is any better since they got rid of Gumball on Max
@@MikeyVenture Gumball loves playing with common tv tropes In this case what if the sitcom dad was good at his job well the universe literally can’t handle it and it starts to implode into itself
@@MikeyVentureI am going to say this about the video one character can make a whole destruction for the universe Oh my God it's just because of Gumball's father
"La Casa De Las Lagrimas" means "The House of Tears". It is basically a telenovela (drama show). Not a real one, but it is a alluding to these types of shows. Season 2 is the one that I remember the most from childhood memories. And it gets even better.
Out of everyone I've seen watch this series I think you're the first person to get the Usual Suspects reference, Finally, after so many reactions, someone pointed it out!
A theory about The Job that I have is that the entire show is a show designed off of shows, like, its a meta thing. That being said, Richard being unemployed is a part of the universe, and getting a job literally breaks that universe due to the reverse of a character point. Its the same reason in a previous episode when he tries to get a job because of Anias' drawing, the universe directly tried to stop him because him getting a job goes against the nature of the universe
When I first saw Gumball.. I was impressed on how they've used mixed media! BUT when the episode "Job" started airing, I was convinced that this show is a Masterpiece!!!
The Banana, Gumball deserved consequences for all the trouble he caused. The Job is one of my favorite episodes by the way. Also you should react to Scooby-Doo! Mystery Incorporated(2010). It’s an interesting show you would definitely like
is it makes so little sense for to have job has the universe had to annihilate itself do to the paradox is Genius and the surprisingly coherent for the rest of the series, he never has a job again
