Ish and Joe could have used distinct clear communication. Ish could have easily said I have a doctors appointment in the morning and won’t be able to make it. Joe could have also asked a follow up question clarifying he won’t be there. They need a HR/ admin person and guidelines to take care of these little issues.

Flip has the emotional capacity of a 12 year old. I can't wait until Joe comes to his senses. To be fair, Flip is such a poor choice, it does seem like Joe owes someone a favor by having him on there.
