I also want to add that the teacher in the segment was talking as if your audience were knowledgable yoga practitioners and as if she were instructing a fast paced class ... she has forgotten what it is like to be a raw beginner and slow it down. Yes yoga is amazing for elevating one's mood, or happiness quotient, but there are much safer and more accessible ways of achieving this.

I appreciate the effort you (Joe) put into this video but feel (as a yoga instructor myself) the yoga segment was unrealistic and potentially dangerous for many of your target audience who are overweight and seeking to regain a healthy body weight through rebooting. Both headstand and camel require a high degree of body awareness and preparation and should not be practiced by beginners unaided at home but under the supervision of a mindful teacher.
