Btw, in case you forgot he does all of this for Batman. It's all just to get his attention and force him to show up. Killing them to be a murderer or for something else is evil. Doing it to get a guy's attention so you can have a fight (preferably to the death) is chaotic, maybe chaotic evil. It's especially chaotic if the point of that fight is to make him admit that the joke is funny. People pretending any of that stuff matters being laughable to him, and wanting to make the most steel hearted of heros laugh with him.

Messing with the bats head instead of actually using the kid as bait to kill him. Attempting to twist the mind of a hero of the night until he breaks his rules and becomes the embodiment of the darkness he seeks to destroy from the inside.
