During the start of the pandemic, Josh Ramsay needed something to do while in isolation. He indulged himself by writing songs in as many different genres as possible. Josh explains, “My goal was to try and do as many genres as possible, so it feels kind of like a variety show. I see it as my ‘calling card’ - not just as a songwriter, but as a producer and arranger.” Aptly titled, The Josh Ramsay Show is a sweeping exploration of musical styles featuring collaborations with a wide range of Canadian singers from across the musical spectrum that rings in at 18 tracks in all. This album is a love letter to music as a whole, never sticking to the same genre twice.
Featuring: Chad Kroeger, Dallas Smith, Fefe Dobson, Ria Mae, Serena Ryder, Tyler Shaw , Fionn, Sara Ramsay, and DJ Sharkpocalypse.

Something tells me this is going to be ridiculous. But in a good, grandiose way. It won't surprise me if I find out he did all the instrumentation and production and arrangement himself. Josh is a freak of nature. Reminds me of a Brian Wilson, Freddie Mercury and Michael Jackson hybrid.

This is going to be interesting. It's not what I expected, but I am loving the nods to his parents old show here with the suit & typefont. Excited to see how he's included the featured guests.

I've been a fan of Josh & MT since I first heard Celebrity Status way back in 2009. Your music has had a massive influence on me over the years, and so I'm excited to hear this solo project!
